    The rocking/rolling makes my back feel so good. I usually do them before and after a workout. Good stuff.

      If you strained it think more of lengthening tissue as apposed to compression.

    i want to ask you if you have program or advice for people who doing mma and bjj who have disc in lower back i have disc since 2016 and i back to train normal but every time i fight from bottom or sparring with strong or heavy guy i have the pain back i try to do a lot of exercise to my lower back but still the pain back

    You have a lot of vids that show upper body dynamic effort and lower body Max effort, but hardly any with lower body dynamic effort, upload a workout vid of lower body dynamic effort and upper body Max effort plz
