HOW-TO Run this Sports Training Drill:
Set up several Mini Cones 5 yards apart in a zig-zag pattern.
Place a Lateral Resistor Pro around your ankles.
Choose the correct tension (Yellow is the easiest, Black is the hardest).
Shuffle to each cone at a 45 degree position, forward and backward.
