Fuuuuck I looked for too long on way too many tutorials, for something you explained me in less than 2 minutes! Thank you so much for the great tutorial
Thank you, you are my savior! Great tutorial. Maybe it will be useful to someone - if you want an even space between objects you will need a lot of points. I found much easier way to do it then manually add them one by one. Select your path -> Object -> Path -> Add anchor points. It will add additional points in between existing. Sadly, you can't control how many points it adds but if you select your path with selection tool (V) and then switch to direct selection tool (A) it will show you all anchor points and you can see if there are enough of them. Then repeat tutorial steps. I had non symmetrical path and this method worked for me. P.S. I'm new to AI if this method is obvious I apologize.
Ctrl/Cmd + Alt + B is a keyboard shortcut that allows you to apply the blend between two selected objects. Instead of using the keyboard shortcut you can go to Object > Blend and choose Make. Before using the "Replace Spine" option make sure that both objects ( the blend of small objects and the other objects) are selected. I hope this will help. Thank you for watching!
It sucks that you have to add points into the spline rather than the software having a BASIC function by spacing it out naturally. But thank you for the tutorial anyway.
Listening to lessons because of your magic voice and pronunciation. This is my favorite ASMR-channel on RUclips!
Wow, thank you!

Great tutorial, a lot of great tips here I haven't seen in other tutorials
The "Add Anchor Point" tool is available in the flyout for the Pen tool for those who, like me, find that pressing the + key doesn't switch to it.

I’m confused. Selecting my heart and small objects will not let me replace spine. Also what exactly is control-Alt-B supposed to do?
