Hi Julie, praying your up coming week is amazing. Be blessed.
Thank you! Blessings for a great week for you, too! ✝️
I love pea soup and yours look so delicious!😋
Thank you, Diane! ❤️
Hi Julie, split pea and ham soup is one of our most favourite ones to have in the winter, I will be cooking one very soon with the weather cooling down here in Australia. I have a ham bone in the freezer left over from Christmas. I hope you have had a wonderful Easter with your family. Take care.
Thank you! I pray your Easter was full of blessings! ✝️
It’s funny I had my ham today and I was deciding if I wanted to make split pea soup or ham and bean soup or both lol I might have to do the split pea. It sounds good.
I always make my Mom’s ham and bean soup with my ham bone but maybe I’ll switch it up! The ham glaze from her recipe uses mustard and brown sugar and I add a little maple syrup at the end of the roasting. I too save the drippings. Such wonderful flavor and memories. ❤️😞Val C
Thank you! I always like what the ham creates after Easter dinner much better than Easter dinner itself. 🤔😁
