I have a walk in pantry, but not as large. I can't live without it!! I'm going to make the bread for neighbors this Christmas!!
Your neighbors will become your best friends! 😊
I love your pantry Julie. The bread looks so good. It made me hungry. Ty for sharing all your beauty in your home. We missed that sweet husband the last couple weeks. Glad you are healing up well. Be blessed.
Thank you, Carol! ❤️
Bread looks delicious! And love your antique pantry with all the family treasures. Praying you are healing and resting well. ❤🙏🏻 Val C

Thank you so much, Brenda! Welcome to my family of keepers! 💖
I would love to see a video on the chocolate mint extract. I love the simplicity and peacefulness of your videos.
Thank you! Welcome to my family of keepers! I can definitely create a video on that. ❤️
Your pantry is a modern version of a primitive buttery, looks good!
Yes! Thank you, Sharen! ❤️
Love your pantry! Another amazing video ❤️❤️
Thank you, Paula! 🥰
Can’t wait till tomorrow I’m definitely making this!
You are absolutely going to love it! My husband's favorite way to enjoy it is by buttering both sides of a thick slice and then pan frying it in a cast iron pan until golden. 😃
OOOO..looks so yummy. I can't wait to try it out, I have frozen berries on hand. I LOVE your pantry. Thank you so much for taking us on a tour. It was so great to see the history in all the items you have in there.
Thank you, Stacy! 💖

Thank you, Shirley! ❤️
Hi Julie, I’m going to make this bread - like in a few minutes, since I happen to have all the ingredients right down to the turbinado sugar lol! I just have to tell you how much I love your pantry! I know, it’s a little piece of heaven to you and that’s wonderful! I have a small closet that I call my baking closet. And, although it’s rather small by pantry means, it holds all my baking ingredients in one place. Yes, it gets messy as I’m often rummaging to find things, but it serves its purpose❤ I also wanted to mention that you have such a lovely home and again, thank you for your lovely recipes. I am enjoying cooking and baking with you.
Thank you so much! Behind every messy pantry is a great cook/baker! How do you like the bread? 🤗
@@JulieKeeperofMyHome very delicious! It’s a keeper! I never mixed banana with blueberry in a quick bread before!❤️
Julie, your Banana Blueberry bread looks so delicious, I have taken down the recipe. I would love to have a pantry room like yours, I love the style of your home. Thank you for sharing.
Thank you, Narelle! It's always so good to hear from you 💞
Will you be sharing your starter recipe and process? I really want to make a starter that works 😊.
I absolutely can! 🤗
Do you have a good einkorn wheat bread and biscuit receipe? My sister has started using einkorn wheat. She is having trouble finding a receipe that works well for those two items.
I actually use the recipe on the "Farmhouse on Boone" website. She has awesome einkorn recipes. The biscuits are especially good!
Love to try this too, do you think it would work substituting butter (regular, not a spread) for the Crisco? I usually put dark choc chips in my banana bread but blueberries might be slightly healthier😂
I'm not sure. I've never tried using shortening, but I think it would change the flavor. Butter adds so much flavor.
The bread looks awesome but, the spice cabinet and french fry cutter take the cake. Old stuff is the best stuff!
Thank you! We do enjoy old stuff! 😁
@@JulieKeeperofMyHome Older is usually better.
Absolutely! They just don't make things like they used to!
@@JulieKeeperofMyHome Yeah, you've got that right. Your house fascinates me, 1800's? We have a few here from the 1700's. The house I lived in as a baby has the "King's Arrow" notched in a roof rafter. It was supposed to be a mast for one of King George's ships.
The old things of Maine are fascinating.
Our home is actually an 1800s reproduction. We are so blessed to live here. What a great home you must have grown up in. I love homes with a story!
