Brain dump....Let paper remember so you can forget. It's a wonderful thing that I learned many years ago.

Wise words from someone I respect, Julie this topic in particular, really was timely for me. As a caregiver for Mom and the responsibility of all that we do is a little overwhelming for me and my husband also.
He admitted it when I was telling him about this video.
With each other we will get through this. Thank you for being there, at times like this I miss my best friend so much!
    I’m rambling…thanks ♥️👍🙏🤓

Thank you! I understand the roll of caregiver very well, and YES, it can be very overwhelming! You need to take the time to regroup, rest, and sometimes just plain old pull yourself together. GUILT FREE!! There is absolutely no shame in taking a time out. You add great value, and with that comes great responsibility. Sometimes, that can also mean taking an extra break or two, or maybe delegating some of our other responsibilities to friends or family. There is no shame in that either. Many blessings to you, my friend! ❤️

Great video. Very helpful. I like how you add things to your written list that you’ve already done, to remind yourself that you are getting things accomplished. I’m going to start doing that. My “me” time is sitting somewhere quietly and reading scripture and meditation, for at a minimum of 20 minutes. ❤

This was absolutly wonderful. I do the brain dump and it does work. I love crossing off a list. I'm getting up
And trying the ten minute tidy up. I can see where this will be great. Why have I not thought about this....... this was great! I love when you stand talk to me. I feel it's special and you're taking time with me. Ty Julie. I love your back porch. I would sleep out on it.
I have a nice deck that I love but it's not covered so I have to pick my hours out there. I can't wait till next week.

Thank you, Carol! The 10-minute tidy-up is one of my favorites!
Joe and I sleep on our porch from May to October. It's the best nights sleep ever! Waking up to the song of the birds is pretty special, too. Many blessings to you, my friend! 💖
