    The jars are so pretty they remind me of giardiniera which is what I think this is. I also love making homemade sauerkraut yum. Another use for the tough end of the asparagus is to dehydrate it then grind it up and use it for green powder.. great job! and I’m with you. I don’t eat the hot stuff lol

    These look beautiful and so delicious. I love those pearl onions. Have to try this. I have made a fermented salsa with tomatoes that is delicious. Val C
