The first concert I ever saw was in 1982, the Rush Signals tour. I was a 15 year old school band drummer and my life changed forever that night. R.I.P. Professor and thank you for all the gifts you gave me.🙏

There’s some great interviews with Peart. I could listen to him speak forever. He’s so articulate, intelligent, and down to earth. Cheers!

Thank You Strong-man Cody for reaction. You and your audience may not know this but, about 25 years ago Neil lost his daughter in an auto crash then lost his wife a short time later to cancer. He took 5 years off from Rush, but returned! Again, thank you.

Neil would have been the perfect replacement for Attenborough doing nature documentaries.

Geddy & Alex are both topnotch at their crafts, they would have been successful without Neil. But the addition of Neil in July 1974, after their first album, is what I think was the catalyst that made RUSH what they are! Neil wrote ~90% of the lyrics on 18 of their 19 studio albums. He was a true poet & great writer! RIP!

He’s referring to the pronunciation. Spelled as ‘Peart’…pronounced as ‘Pier-t’
