I don't get it, I have the exact same version of OBS (28.1.2) and my Encoder Settings look different from yours, and apparently, from everyone doing these guides on RUclips. My Encoder Settings section has 'Quality Preset', 'Rate Control Method', 'Pre-Pass Mode', 'Target Bitrate', 'Filler Data', 'Keyframe Interval' and 'View Mode'. Output mode is advanced and 'Type' is Standard just like yours, so I can't quite figure out why our settings are different. Did I get a bootleg OBS copy or something? You did help me realize that the 'Custom Output (FFmpeg)' setting was probably my issue though, so thanks for that.
Thanks for the feedback! Yeah, I had to double check my download source because even my settings looked different than other creators I saw online. Maybe it has to do with hardware specifications? Do you have a safe way you can share a screenshot of your settings?
@@QubedSteak I mean, I have AMD for what that's worth, and I'm not sure what screen exactly you mean for me to take a screenshot of. But I tested my new settings and they work now, whatever that Custom Output setting is, it turned all my audio into buzzing and space invaders sounds.
@@CrimsonKage Yeah, I forgot to cover audio bitrate settings as I haven't experienced sound issues but really anything could cause buzzing or feedback like a loose connection or feedback from microphone channel.. let me know if you find a solution!
Fucking fantastic video ! Lots of great information and put very simply and humbly.
Thank you! Glad to help!
