For some reason when i turn up the volume it has a high pitch sound and hurts my ears, can i do anything
Try to reduce the volume in the PC, then you can max it up on the speakers. For some reason, budget near field desktop speakers have this problem. Also, it will help if you can provide some kind of mat underneath the speakers to dampen out the vibration of the speakers themselves.
