Man, buck really is a one man army. Hard breach, soft breach, good medium damage, and good close range damage; what's not to love.
He was my main for a looooong time, but after they nerfed his recoil, it's way too hard to consistently hit targets, especially at long range. At least that's how it's affected him on console, idk about PC. I just wish they'd make his recoil a little more manageable so I can use him again, cuz as someone who plays solos, he's perfect for my play style.

@@oscartux hrmm I'll have to try that out, cuz after they changed his recoil I couldn't figure it out, and I just started using other ops instead. I picked sledge since he was the closest, and then recently ash since her recoil is more manageable now. But still, they can't replace buck in my book.

Same thing happened it Battlefield 3. The range stat of the weapon the underslung shotgun was attached to affected the shotty, so for a while it was really popular to run a G3 (IIRC) with heavy rounds.
Awhile ago I was buck in a 1v5 because 2 of my team mates left at the start and then 2 died to spawn peakers, I had the extended laser on and just rushed into sight, 5 shotgun shells at close range and I got an ace in around 7 seconds, my team was astonished and the enemies confused. And that day I became a buck main.
At this point they should just make the underslung shotgun its own standalone weapon for another op.

Why not to leave it like this? It gives recoil to the gun, also this game 1 shot headshot, so u always can kill this buck easily. Most of the bullets u lose on soft breaching and vertical play, so this shotgun buff will give some of advantage to cover the close flank when u play vertical. Sounds good and not that impossible to counter. Just because it’s a bug, people cry about it

If the shotty is used for it's intended purpose like vertical destruction, I don't think there would be much ammo left for making drastically unbalanced plays. But yeah, siege should fix this unintentional buff

Just ping the gadget and it will identify the operator. Also, once an enemy op kills you or a teammate, it will also show who that operator is.

This isn’t new. Bucks shotgun has always been strong but people don’t use shotguns because they are unpredictable.

pretty sure making a similar yt vid about siege (a game that's usually pretty low on new content to make videos on) isn't quite the same thing as wall hacks and and aim bot.
It's not shown in the video, but clearly DMControllerz was running the Varsity Gaming Charm. It's just a siege bug that it isn't showing up.
