Heyy I watch your videos and I really love your reaction!! But I want to request to please react to SEVENTEEN.. they’re one of the biggest kpop groups and a self producing group! It’s under Hybe Labels now and their albums SECTOR 17 and FACE THE SUN have sold millions and topped the billboard 200 charts!! Their songs are always amazing!!

Chaeyoung was one of the biggest threats for the other girls during sixteen. She write her own raps, in every sub unit shes always present (even in dance cover), can draw and paint, (she designed their special debut album limited edition), chaeyoung has written the most lyrics out of all members followed by dahyun. She has a lot of tattoos, her tats show how she loves art. Her fashion sense and vibe was unique. If pinterest was a person it would be chaeyoung. She's an all-rounder and u cant spell ChAEyoung without ACE.

@@fakiha. say it louder for her to hear it. She seems to watch but not read up on the artists at all. Chaeyoung has been writing their raps since like their 2 or third release. I don’t know the reason behind why the rapping changed on the title tracks but I imagine it had to with market ability. I love her vocals and I know she wanted to be able to showcase them in recent comebacks.

23:21 Chaeyoung is actually their main rapper. She's such a crazy rapper, but didn't get to stand out much in title tracks because of concepts. But in B-sides, she shines so so much, specially their recent tracks like Icon, or from their latest album. I guess the reason they went for Dahyun more was because her voice fits so much more with their earlier concepts.
"You have stolen my heart, oh yeah! Never let it go oh oh" ALWAYS gets stuck in my head.
10:00 Jeongyeon definitely doesn't get the most lines, but she has such a powerful voice and it really shines in songs like Up No More and Queen of Hearts

For chaeyoung i get what you’re saying she’s an ace she literally can do anything but the title tracks doesn’t showcase much of what they all can do their bsides is the real deal they literally have done so many genres over the years and wrote most of their songs too, abd chaeyoung wrote the most songs out of every member too
It’s because they’ve known each other for such a long time and were friendly before forming. Jihyo, Nayeon and Jeongyeon had the longest training periods (10, 5.16 and 5.67 years each). So they trained together for 5 years and were in a predebut team that didn’t end up debuting. Momo, Sana and Mina bonded as they are all Japanese. Momo and Sana actually joined the company on the same day and were trainees for over 3 years (Mina has the shortest trainee period of about a year). Dahyun, Chaeyoung and Tzuyu are the maknae line (1998, 99, 99) and were close as trainees too.
Then they all trauma bonded on Sixteen, the survival show of JYP female trainees, (thanks JYP for that) and have been inseparable since. They, for the LONGEST time, would only ever do group promotions. They had no desire to do solo stuff and their group focus was Twice.
They all also unanimously renewed their contracts very recently, without having group conversation or consulting each other about it. They wanted each person’s decision to renew and stay as TWICE to be their own choice, without outside influence. OT9 will be forever!
What Is Love was their best era. I stan by it. It’s full of references to movies like the Princess Bride, Romeo and Juliet, La La Land (and more that’s escaping me 😂)

I'm loving your reactions so much! Answering you question... Yes, they do get along. A bit too much I would say haha just kidding but they really are like family. I mean 7 years isn't a short period of time. They did say they weren't really close at the beggining (can't blame them. girls had to compete for their position) but now it's like they have some kind of separation anxiety haha they miss each other even when they're not together FOR A DAY.
And because they love each other so much they recently renewed their contract. Jeongyeon literally said in bubble that she loves the girls more than her own family haha the other members teased her about this on Idol Human Theater (here's the link in case you want to watch it. their personalities really shine in this and it's from two weeks ago: ruclips.net/video/MRCM7AZXW2w/видео.html&ab_channel=KBSKpop )

The 9 girls had moved into 3 different apartments for a few years already, NaMoSa, JeongJiMi and DaChaeTzu. And around last year, Jeongyeon moved out to stay with her sister to recuperate from her anxiety and nagging injury. As Jihyo and Chae families are in Seoul, they also goes back often. So now, Dahyun and Tzuyu stay in one apartment (with Chae probably also round during busy period). Nayeon and Momo definitely staying together (& my guess is that Sana split herself between her original apartment and the one Mina stays (since Jeongyeon is out and Jihyo goes home often. Anyway, their apartments are in the same building / estate.

Haven't seen anyone else comment but I think it's interesting that you pointed out their individual personalities shining through. It's often said that SM focuses on visuals and vocals, YG focuses on rap and charisma, and JYP focuses on personality and character. To quote JYP himself:

JYP has given this lecture publicly, his artists have referenced it and artists from other agencies seem familiar with this lecture as well. I'm inclined to believe all his artists get the same presentation on the matter.
Chaeryeong from Itzy said: “Honesty, sincerity, and humility. These are things that he emphasizes as necessities.” Yang Se Hyung said, “I feel like it’s the family motto of this place,” and the girl group agreed.
Overall. I think JYP focuses heavily on individual character with a sincere presentation. Because their artists are selected for "good personalities" their individual personalities are pretty front and center.

chae in the most recent album ‘between 1&2’ wrote the song ‘basics’ and she wrote her rap verse is so gooood!!! take a listen you’ll see her potential there

TWICE has the magical power of lifting my mood no matter what. I grew up with hard rock/classic rock/metal exclusively, but landed on K-Pop some years ago. Now, TWICE is my go-to for folding laundry. My wife of 11 years still doesn't get it, but it makes me happy. :D

i'm not sure if she gets less lines and screen time than Nayeon because the producers arent being "fair" or because SHE wants it that way because of her anxiety. I would personnaly love to see her debut as a solo artist some day

Even though if u have bias in twice it is very hard not to love all the members because all the girls are very talented & lovable.I hope u enjoy while getting to know about twice.

Sadly, I can't agree with you enough about Chaeyoung. If you watch their pre-debut show "Sixteen" where they competed to be a member of Twice, Chaeyoung has the most well-rounded raw talent of the group being strong in vocals, dance, rap, and stage presence. Unfortuantely, she's overlooked because of the roles they give her. Chaeyoung shows her real talents when she gets the chance like in The Way You Love Me during Sixteen (everything), Twice - Touchdown performed live during Twicelights (vocals), bloodline dance cover with Kiel Tutin (dance), Twice - Basics rap part that she wrote for herself and Momo.

Chaeyoung is an absolute triple threat. If you venture into their b sides it’s then that you’ll get to see how much talent she has. In their recent albums especially she’s been getting great raps and vocal parts. My favourite of hers is Icon, she did not come to mess around that day in the studio.
the reason twice are such a harmonious group that just gives off good vibes is bc they genuinely like & respect each other and u can tell bc it literally shows in how they work together & how in sync they are with each other on & off the camera

I just fell in love with Twice about a month ago when Nayeon's POP music video came out and my 4yr old granddaughter was dancing and singing, and then I discovered TWICE the group. I was so interested in learning each member(took me about a week), there are so many of them. Now I can say, I know each one, their personalities through their vlogging. I love all the music videos and their live performance. I am proud of Jeongyeon, she has been through a lot with her health. All the girls are such good singers and dancers. I am 64 went from BTS(still ARMY) and NOW I can see if I fit in with ONCE!! Love your channel, keep going! Dahyun to me is strikingly beautiful her smiles and natural look , I have no Bias yet...because they all deserving.

Momo's dance solo in Likey is life changing. It's the song that got me back into KPop and to love Twice.

They get a along so well 🥺 they’ve literally never fought. That’s one of the things I love the most about them. They’ve gone beyond family and beyond friendship and you can see it in the way they interact with each other.
as for the "how do they manage their relationships with each other" question, theyre genuinely one of the closest kpop groups i've seen despite having so many members, they re-signed their contracts this year which is so rare for kpop groups and it just shows that they want to stick together and keep making music.

Been a kpop stan since 2009, I have stanned alot of Kpop groups. And suddenly I got tired, and wants to quit. But then I saw TWICE, they're the kindest, most humble and most lovable girls. They saved me from deep depression, they're my therapy. There's something in them that will automatically brighten your mood. They spread goodvibes and kindness. They release nothing but PURE BOPS. They're too underrated. If only the haters will get to know these 9 beautiful beans.

Yes. What has taken Twice so far apart from their outstanding talent and great music is that they get along amazingly well, they are like a sisterhood where you want to be a part of their group of friends. They love each other very much and joke around with each other and every time one of them is going through something difficult, it shows how everyone is around to comfort her. The more you see them "behind the scenes", the more you fall in love with them. (This year they renewed all their contracts, making them the first girl group to stay together after more than seven years)
They have always said that they understand that the success of one is the success of all as a group, and they love their brand very much.

Ok, in 23:14, yes, yes, and YES!! Chaeyoung is an ACE. I recommend to watch their melody projects because you can see their individual talents. Once you get to know them with a guide video, but above all watching "Time To Twice", you'll know how fun they are. Anyway... Twice has a lot of content but above all they remain consistent in showing who they are and enjoying what they do.

In my opinion they are capable to stay together because the 3 biggest egos (jeongyeon, nayeon & jihyo) work really well together and always includes the rest members in everything. Then they have Sana who is the responsible to keep them in good mood and give good vibes to everyone and the maknae line who are such good pleople, they are extremely talented but they like to be neutral or just have fun. And then they are such a bunch of humble people who knows that they won't be nothing without their fans, is the only veteran group I've seen doing thing that normally rookies group do only because they want to give content to their fans or just wanna have a good time with them

dahyun's part ( the first rap verse) is just different ads which you see in a tv, since they are in front of a tv watching different movies

The fact that you find yourself smiling but you can't explain why, its just the effect of TWICE, its why ONCE love them so much, they make us smile. What is Love is the best the cute concept has ever been done and ever will be done, thats why after What is Love they started to move away from the cute concept, they had completed it, can't beat perfection. Likey was the song that got me into TWICE and the moment Sana grabed my heart forever. I recoment the Beginners Guide to TWICE by Cody and Wyatt if you want to get to know them better. 22:16 I recommend checking out some compilations, because Twice as a group have such a wholesome and funny dynamic. You can tell that they all really really love each other. Time to Twice is a series on their YT channel where they do games/competitions and sometimes even do like little role-playing scenarios (like murder mystery’s and such) and you can really get a feel for each of their personalities, and their relationships from that.
They also all re-signed their contracts early, and without telling each other they were going to. So you really get a sense that they love what they do, and the people they do it with.
I just love your channel omg. like excluding the interpretations and analysis you do, I just love the vibe cuz it feels like i'm watching it with a friend and you discovering all these songs j makes me kinda nostalgic like going back down the memory lane and suddenly remembering these were once indeed THE moment and i totally forgot these cultural reset bops. They said that none of them have huge egos so they never had really fight with each other. Anytime they had a dispute they would talk it out and no hard feelings. Honestly Twice is one of the most humble groups so thats why they really mamaged to stick together as a huge group. It even gives off like "familly vibes"

24:00 i’m pretty sure I’ve commented this before but I will keep saying it, you need to watch the concert performance of their song Icon. It really shows off Chaeyoung and her amazing rapping skills! Tbh I really hope Chaeyoung gets more shine in future eras cuz she really is so amazing. There is also a song called Hello that’s just Chaeyoung, Momo, and Nayeon and there is also a concert video for it on youtube which is another song that shows off Chaeyoung’s skill (and Momo’s too which I feel when it comes to Vocals tends to be ignored. Which is wild to me because she has a very unique voice like you can hear it in their cover of Move by Taemin that her voice really just has a cool and unique sound to it.) It makes me sad that both of these songs are b sides despite how good they are and how much Chaeyoung shines in them but they are still amazing songs worth looking into.
