13 years ago my son was diagnosed with autism. We were told social and learning situations would be challenging for him. Thanks to a team of people at his schools and his father and I working together we never gave up. We even put him in sports. While he was never invited to playdates or class birthdays he excelled academically and athletically. Today he's in a magnet program and made the highschool JV baseball team as a 9th grader.. He's in his 2nd year of high school has friends, excels in school and baseball. Well done Dhar Mann and team great video.👏👏

Yeah, but it's not like the dad realized that man was his son until he showed him all the things he missed out on. That's the problem with everyone who thinks badly of autism. They have this image of a mewling helpless adult who is stuck in a kindergarten/pre-school mindset with bad speech, so what are they suppose to do when this person turns out to be the opposite everything they thought were?
This made me cry because my brother has autism and he gets picked on at school about it. Which is why I will always be there for him!!!! And never abandon him!!!!

The cost of certain disability is higher the most childcare. It's more responsible to let someone else if you know you cannot support it. Or just abuse the government for free money.
I met this boy with autism at an internship I was in in 2018, I love meeting people who have things like that, because even though they go through something others don’t, they don’t let it stop them from being able to do anything.
Allen must be very embarrassed! Not just that he has fooled himself in front of all in the ceremony by stating that Samuel's 1590 is the highest score. Surprisingly, Chance came out with the perfect score of 1600. Gwen has just proved that she is better in educating through Chance's success. Keep it, up! Such stories should be filmed more as lessons to be learnt that you should not look down on people easily because you cannot expect what are they actually capable of!
I am autistic myself, and I believe that just because I’m autistic it doesn’t mean I’m less intelligent. Thank you Dhar Mann, for telling this to the world. You have inspired me to believe in others who are autistic. You are amazing. Keep on inspiring,Dhar Mann. You will always be in my heart,Dhar Mann.
Stories like this resonate with me because the mother in the story did much the same, she stood by my side, helped me and loved me when I needed it, even kicked my butt a little when I deserved it. My dad left when I was 8 years old, started his own family twice. Over the years he tried to be there monetarily but not when it came to being a real dad. My step dad did however stood by my side too, taught me how to be a man, to try my hardest and to never give up. Today I live in the same city as my biological father and he does nothing to include me despite me being independent and secure, it’s a shame. Thank you Dhar Mann, your videos are touching and inspirational.
As a kid with autism which really dont believe in myself, i think this is really hard to watch, but i luckely have super good parents that care about me no matter what❤️
True I have a form of autism but it’s still mild I have the behaviour of a level one but I don’t know what type I am but taking care of someone with autism isn’t as hard as you think just show them love and they will love you back
You’re just as important as everyone else. If it makes you feel any better (and although I’m just a random stranger) I believe in you ^^ I hope the best for you! Have a good day / night
This breaks my heart as an autistic person myself! We need to start listening to people with autism. They’re just as important as people without autism. Which is why I have no friends at college. That or I only have like one or two. Luckily my New Years resolution is to make more
I know the story is over but he should MAKE AMENDS IN SOME WAY. He missed the boy's childhood but maybe he can help him in some way as an adult. The kid seems to be doing just fine but you never know what kind of help a person might need in life. He also did his second son a wrong, that boy grew up never knowing that he had a brother. Maybe they can become friends now.
*Prediction: the mother chooses the child and the father leaves. Then the child grows up with the mom and becomes very smart and famous. Then the father loses his job and meets his son one day and asks him how he became so smart and famous with autism. Then the son explains autism isn’t a disability, it’s a different ability.*
When I was diagnosed with autism and ADHD my dad just couldn't accept it and kept saying "There's nothing wrong with him" and I was just sitting there like 😬 Whilst my mum and doctor where trying to make my dad understand that there's nothing wrong with me it's just who I am!
You got it from too much Tik Tok, I have read studies that prove this although I cannot find them now. DO NOT be toxic to me and also, why does it seem that autistic people are dumb (it’s my opinion sorry to offend anybody).
My enemy's brother has Autism and everytime he does something (y'know) then everyone would laugh and point and stuff but I never laugh at him because it could've been us who was like that and everyone would still treat you badly So this story was really nice 😊😊🔥💖

Surprisingly, Chance came out with the perfect score of 1600. Gwen has just proved that she is better in educating through Chance's success. Keep it, up!
