Omg!!! Most helpful video ever! I have a new 2021 Subaru and it was too cold all winter to bother getting out of the car to check tire pressure but now I know I can do it from inside the car!! Wow!! Thank you!!!
Is there a method to reset the TPMS on my 2022 Impresa? On my Mini you could reset just TPMS from the car controls. I'm new to Subaru and found your channel helpful and useful.
You have a wonderful channel! I bought a 2022 Impreza and I learned more from you than reading the manual Question though where the clock is can it be illuminated so I can see it in day light? Ty Patty
I have a 2018 Forester. I’ve watched your video and when I toggle up and down I do not see a screen that shows tire pressure. I only see speed. What am I missing? I’m very frustrated.
Why did the view of the vehicle switch from the top of the vehicle to the bottom of the vehicle, in the little picture where the tire pressures are displayed
@@alexpmo yes. I drove for 30 minutes. Turned the car off and on, no change. They detailed the car, not sure if detailing the rims and tires could have affected the sensors!
@@rr3zart does seem odd. The sensors shouldn’t get messed up from a detail. Unfortunately I think a shop would have to inspect it to see what the issue is.
If you look on your steering wheel, on the left side, you will see the ℹ️ and next to it is a button that you can push up and down. Play with that until you get to the tire pressure that you’ll see on your screen.
I have a 24 Crosstrek and mine is different than in this video. Maybe yours is the same. On the steering wheel, left hand side, right by the ℹ️ there is a button that you can push up or down. Play with that until you see the tire pressure option on your screen.
varies for each car and also sometimes front to rear. Check the label on the inside of your door jam on the driver's side. It'll tell you what psi it should be at
This was on a cold start so that's why the engine is idling higher than usual. This will happen on cold starts for the first couple of minutes and then idle at a lower rpm once the engine has warmed up. Not just on Subaru, but I think almost every car I've ever been in does this.
Hey Alex! I just had a question as well as wanted to say loving the videos. Great work on them and they are really helpful. Do you know anything about Subaru shutting off orders for new ordered Foresters? Thank you in advance (I just ordered a 22 Forester)
Hey Dylan! Orders are still open for the Forester (at least for my dealer) but the lead times have increased to about 5-6 months (previously 2-3 months). So right now if I order a new Forester, it's getting here in August 😬 Impreza orders have closed and I'm starting to see some specific colors close. For example, the cinnamon brown Outback can no longer be ordered for 2022 and not sure when the 2023 will be out.
I’m confused I just got a new Subaru Forester 21 and there was no tire pressure sensor information showing and also they told me it was touring but I don’t think it is. Ps I just got a flat tire only day 3 driving this vehicle. And yea no warning light Wou
My wife and I have a well-maintained 2014 Outback, 127,000 miles, of which the transmission gave out. It is $9000 repair it, and all Subaru National Office will do is tell us that the car is out of warranty and that's how things go. Cars made in the 1970s lasted longer than this. Shame on Subaru.
Your channel is the best. You have content that I can’t even find on the official Subaru site. THANK YOU!
Happy to help!!

I recently bought Subaru outback and I am learning a lot of features from your videos…Thanks a lot..
You're welcome!

If you get the tires rotated, how does the tpms monitor the tires? Is the sensor in the tire?
Omg, I have been using my moms car for a month and couldn't figure this out. Thanks 😅

17 here...seems like we don't have that option even tho we have the same buttons and a whole ass screen...kinda feel cheated
@alexpmo I can’t see this in my Subaru forester 2024. Can this be added as SW upgrade or does it require a HW upgrade? Thanks!!!
I think that your phone went into sleep mode at the 1 minute mark to conser--------😂
lol didn't realize that lined up so well
Great video. But what is the button in the glovebox cause I know this is related to the tyre pressure.
Hi I didnt find it on my forestet sport 2021, do I need to look some place else?
Hi, I can’t find the way to check the TPMS on my Subaru Outback XT trim. Could you show me how to check it?
Laughs in STI. I wish I had this
I feel this.. the hill screen with the tire monitors .. would have been nice to see some psi levels
I dont have this on my 2020 outback. Is this not available on the convenience trim?
What about for a 2024 impreza
I have my 2023 Ascent tire pressures at 34 Psi. Is that ok?
How about for 2023 version? I didn’t see it had that switches on left hand
Why did the view of the vehicle switch from the top of the vehicle to the bottom of the vehicle, in the little picture where the tire pressures are displayed
If I did a tire rotation, how can I re calibrate it?
I have a 2021 Ascent the psi screen isn’t showing any pressure numbers. Is there a way to reset it?
Have you checked a few minutes after the car has been in motion?

@@alexpmo okay. Thank you for your response
Wonderful video; thank you!
It would help if you said what year Subaru?
Does a 2020 sport have this option thanks
I have a 2024 Subaru Crosstrek I don't have those switches on the steering wheel.
If you look on your steering wheel, on the left side, you will see the ℹ️ and next to it is a button that you can push up and down. Play with that until you get to the tire pressure that you’ll see on your screen.
thank you, I have been trying to find this on my Outback that I purchased last month, thanks for a very helpful video!
I couldn't find it in my 2024 Crosstrek touring 😢
I recent bought a used 2019 non-eye sight in Thailand...going to see if this feature is available. Thanks!
How to check the tire pressure on a Subaru outback 2024

What is the Air pressure supposed to be in my tires

Do all 2019 foresters have this i can’t see it on mine
u helped me out so much thankyou
I have a 2017 forester do it still have that?
What about a 2014?
I don't have those switches in my 2017 Impreza Premium
Does 2021 forester have TPMs?
Hi Alex-why is engine revving so high-I assume it is 'cold'? Still seems high. My 'port date' is 6-14 😢….Thanks for vids❗️

So my Wrx has those switches but it don’t show the tires
same bro. They said fuck us for buying a wrx lmao
Wish I had this in my 2012 forester

Great info. I didn't know. Does that feature exist in all vehicles with TPMS?
This is on a 2020 but it will be on most 2019 and newer. You'll see something similar on older Subaru models but it doesn't look the exact same.
@@alexpmo Thank you. I have a 2018 Forester. I guess it's time to read the manual... There was a reason it was written.
BASE models DO NOT have the 3 switches indicated in the video and thus this does not apply to BASE models.
Alex, the information panel also has two settings showing a gas pump. Can you go over what that means. My last car just told me miles till empty.
Thank you!

The Crosstreck doesn't have it
However, not for Canada version.
this aint on a 2013 Forester.
We had the same thing on our truck
Mine is always going up and down
I HAVE A CLASSIC. LAZY, STAY JDM GUYS AND JDM QUEENS X

Stupid the WRX doesn't display it smh. Have to do it manually
Same with my STI. Oh well :(
This is not a 2015
Doesn’t help with a Subaru WRX
Or you can read your owners manual
