Gosh ! I think I ate too much almond powder these days, so a few days ago I made scones with really minimal ingredients!
It contains cacao nibs, so the texture is crunchy and fun :)
But this one has no butter oil, not even almond flour added. So I thought a lot about whether to share this recipe.
Even though it's not very moist and chewy, I'm sure there are people who want to chew on something like me, so I'll share it with you!♡
It is very healthy and has a light taste!!!
If you add 1-2 spoons of dark chocolate chips over 60%, it will still taste a little better :D

● Ingredient / Description ●
■ 160g ground oatmeal
■ 20g Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
■ 40-60g Sweetener Powder
ㄴ I used 0 calorie allulose powder
ㄴ It's Not too sweet ! You can also add 2-3 tablespoons more!
■ 1g Salt
■ 2g Baking Powder
■ 80g Unsweetened Yogurt
ㄴAfter checking the kneading, add 2-3 tablespoons more (40-60g)
ㄴ I used plain yogurt
■ Cacao Nibs (20g)
ㄴ Recommended by adding 2 spoons of 60% dark chocolate chips or nuts ♡

ㄴ Soy milk and vegetable milk are both available!
● Baking ●
It does not swell too much and there is no burning color,
When the top looks like it's baked, take it out!
Air fryer (mini-oven) with baking function?
338F (170C) degrees 10 minutes preheat
Bake at 338F degrees for 10 to 15 minutes
Small Air Fryer ?
338F (170C) degrees 5-10 minutes preheat
Bake at 338F degrees for 10 to 15 minutes
(If it looks like it will burn after checking in the middle, cover it with cooking foil and bake)
Oven ?
356F (180C) degrees 10 minutes preheat
Bake at 356F degrees for 10 to 15 minutes
