Yep and now the military has a group that refuses the covid vaccine, when they give you tons of vaccine.. the courts just shut them down.. so guessing they'll comply or opt out of the military.. stupidity has consequences.
@@mikewot When I was in college near Luke AFB in AZ, there would be the occasional military guy still dressed in fatigues because (and I'm just guessing) he came straight over to campus when his shift was over.
@@mikewot In the US, you can go to school part time while in the military, as long as your classes don't conflict with your duties. But I really don't think he's going to law school, or he wouldn't have done this crap.
@@mikewot The US military is pretty supportive of service members continuing their education in their off duty hours.
He is such a genius, turn a simple traffic stop into a tow and multiple tickets in addition to the ones he shows the cops. Glad he has plenty of money to waist on his “cause”

I love these videos where the SovCit struggles with his script. Also, I know the military has it's share of knuckleheads like any field, but surely even Private Last In His Class knows how to present stuff when ordered to.

Yeah, this guy is lucky they didn't think of charging him with resisting arrest, and then tazing him six or seven times to show him who's boss.😇

It would have been easier for him to have taken public transport. I presume he would not be breaking any laws if he had done that.
First mistake by the officer: “Could I please see your license, registration and insurance?” DO NOT MAKE IT A REQUEST. They will take that as “optional”.
Second mistake: asking multiple times and listening to the script of crap this guy is running. Ask twice and then haul him out.
Nah, first time can be a request, most traffic stops are probably a lot more friendly than dealing with a moron with delusions of adequacy. But it does need to escalate properly especially with sovereign citizen scripts.
asking: "could i please see your license registration and insurance"
telling: "give me your license registration and insurance"
warning: "i am ordering you to give me your license registration and insurance, if you do not obey my commands i will place you under arrest and you will go to jail for obstruction"
consequences: "you are under arrest"
The officer lets them ramble until their backup arrives. Notice in this video he started out fairly nice. Once he made that radio call I knew it would not be long. Once backup arrived, especially a supervisor, it was only a matter of time before he was hauled out.
Police have no idea who they are dealing with and what the person in the car is capable of. Whenever possible they want to outnumber the person(s) they are dealing with if they have to get physical.
not really on the first one. these guys take anything as optional lol. no matter how it was actually phrased, they had zero intention to cooperate.
It doesn't even work that fast in prison.
They also think they are in control and that they both are there on equal terms.
They aren't. The cop is in charge and you comply. That's it. If he does something illegal you take it to the court.
If you're right you win the case. But sovcits keeps wanting to "educate" people. And insist that they are trying to help the poor officers from getting lawsuits.

When the civilians get through, the military will prosecute him.
This adds a new level: To be a sov cit you'd have to deny being a citizen, but I'm sure that's not what he told the military. A military tribunal isn't going to treat him well for this. UCMJ buddy....Confessing to desertion?

The Officers had a lot of patience with this guy, after 3 times asking for his license and registration and insurance I would have arrested him.

Makes no sense. How would the COPS have turned his video off at that point, when they weren't even in the car yet? More likely he ran out of battery, or they broke his window and he's embarrassed about how he reacted to it.
If he knew the law he would have presented his license, insurance, and registration. I'm one my way to settle this has now bearing, infact it may be just adding to his charges.

We have dark tinted windows on all our cars, mostly to protect our dogs from the sun. But, we also got valid paperwork to go with it. It's not even expensive.

Absolutely. If you can't abide authority even when you disagree with it, the military is the last place you're going to be able to function.

I'm not American or military but I think i heard that the military has rules for people when they were assigned to different states saying that they had to have valid drivers licenses. Is this right?
You can go in any state in the US as long as you have a valid license in the state you reside in.
