Bundles aren't meant to be a serious storage system, it's meant to put all the, say, extra stone tyeps that you mine only a few of like ande3site and granite in one slot instead of 2
I think of it as Early Game collection. On your way to a nice place to Base (instead of Spawn) you can grab Flowers, Saplings, may as well stick the Logs for the different Saplings in there too, how about Raw Meat as you are wandering, the extra Wool from trying to make a Bed (might need it for an Iron Farm), Feathers, Leather (honestly, Pigs are the best because they drop Food without all the other (admittedly) necessary junk), Rotten Flesh (if you don't want to eat it, saving it for Trading is an option), Spider Eyes, Bones (unless you are looking for Wolves to tame, then you keep those on your Hot Bar), Arrows (unless you got lucky with a Bow), Armadillo Scutes (if you are getting Wolves you may as well get them Armour), Seeds for Crops, Sugar Cane, Cactus, Bamboo... All those early game pieces of junk that are actually nice to have to set up a Base with. Leaving you able to have all those Non Stackable Tools... Or how about if you want to take a Trail Ruins apart? All those differently coloured Glass Panes & Candles which would each take an Inventory Spot can now all sit in a Bundle in 1 Spot...

I really wish they could have added some bugs from java to bedrock, like tnt dupers and building on the nether roof, and some cool features like the left hand and sweeping edge.. they were added to java so long ago, and it just feels like they forgot about it
I hate that now when we leave the map we are just a circle and no the nice arrow type icon we have had. Now its a guessing which way is back to the map besides having to definitely use cords now on which way is back
Mr Cat - One missing feature is that hovering over a book on a book shelf should show the spells in that book, like it does inside a chest. Otherwise, you're forced to remove each book individually, then move OFF it in your inventory, then back to it in order to read the frigging contents, and repeat the process until you find the spell you're looking for. That's absurd. Please advocate for Mojang to fix this - it ruins bookshelves IMO. And yes, you can build 100 bookshelves to cover each spell, which you don't always have time (or room) for, and some books have multiple spells in them, so this is sort of necessary.

I still would like a way to snip, reset or delete chunks out of a world. having an old realm traveling a very very long way to find new stuff isnt as fun as people think.
I really hate this "Java is the correct way"-parity. All the features they bring from bedrock to Java are minor thing, merely cosmetic or togglabe (like the snow height accumulation height), which is - in my opinion - pretty close to Java is the only correct way. Any effects on bedrock worlds due to parity changes do not seem to bother mojang. However, my guess is that this in preparation of terminating Java in the future eventually. Java is not where mojang makes any money. Especially after the bundle of Java and bedrock for pc, there is no separate sale of Java copies. So their plan is to bedrock as java-like as possible so there won't be too much push back from the Java player base when they finally terminate it. What do you think?
Mojang repeatedly stated that they will not terminate Java. Even if they do, what is the reason behind it? Microsoft is already making enough money from the game and terminating Java edition won’t ever help with their revenue whilst also somehow avoiding all of controversy. People will still complain how bedrock “feels” different giving them something similar to the uncanny valley. It seems very clear that mojang treat Java and bedrock equally and allowing the community to decide which version appeals them the most. This is similar to “creative”and “survival” mode because as much as they offer different gameplay, they are still an integral part of the game.
