I think one of the last studio records Bickert made was a Christmas album with McConnell's Boss Brass. Jerry Fuller and Ed were 2/3 of Paul Desmond's "Toronto Quartet", along with Don Thompson.

I believe you may missed Ed Bickert on guitar, unless I'm not seeing all the description text. In any case he's an amazing guitarist. I love his piano like playing and his wonderful lines; a very musical cat. The coolest thing about him is the amazing tone he gets from a Telecaster. Ed Bickert is still alive. I believe that he is about 83. stopped publicly playing around 2010 I want to say. Cheers.
