The monkey is so thorough in his grooming and serious! I crack up when I see the other dog take a peek and retreats. He probably wants a grooming too. So amazing! :)
we chain animals in usa too. sometimes necessary, but always a pain for the animal. i chained a puppy when i was still young and stupid, and i came home too many hours later, and he was gone. i still feel bad about the poor dog, and unfortunately, i am now OLD and stupid.

As always I have reported to the Vietnam government agencies as well as the IRS for collecting money and not claiming. I ask for others to report as well. Honey it ok leash a dog from collar but it's a monkey at waist is best but your amazing never stupid
Leashing animals is sometimes necessary when we don't want them to get lost or missing when we go out far away from home.
