Aunt Denise is a lot like Ruby LMAO 😂
Those two and Dre would get along swimmingly.
Her character is hilarious
Props to Aunt Denise for keeping it real and being 100% authentic! Love her!
Yup.
yeah go like that to a job interview
@@KeKe-dw9gf or to trial
When keeping it real goes wrong.
I get where she is coming from and she shouldn’t have to change herself to please a court. That being said, she doesn’t need all of the bluster and ratchet ass backstory.
It’s a testimonial. Treat it like a testimony.
I wanted to hear what that triflin' ass Lorraine is up to though

@@Benzillionaire | Facts. Let the lady speak, I need drama.
She really is the star of the show😂😂
I love Denise!! shes one of my TOP-5 favourite female personas in tv-shows for past a few years
Will they bring denise to blackish?
Probably not, but there needs to be a flashback cross over episode (example Dre and Bows wedding) that features *Denise* and *Ruby*. That would be bananas!
Scarlett's Johansson as older Denise......
1Nanalo denise is black though
Kim Coles
@@sbrooks729 that's obvious but what's your point?
Poor Bold Hakim. He doesn't have anything to do with this.
Welcome to the Modern Workplace Denise *drum sound*
Everyone human being should be their original self. However, Deedee is rude all the time and never sees a problem with it. She lives over at Paul's home, but constantly disrespects him or when invited on family outings (not inviting herself), she should be less loud and ignorant. Paul should have put his foot down a long time ago . There should be boundaries. Yes, the system needs to change, but so does she.
She doesn't live with them
1.She is playing a chracter
2.Not all black gwomen are luke this
3.Some white wowen are loud and ignorant
4.Obviously, the producer made Denise seem as 'that black girl'
5.As her character, she is made to be the steryotipical balck women
@Ashley Spurling Obviously, she is playing a CHARACTER. You can not judge someones characteristoics based on who they play in a show. Or can you?
Its natrual to expect to act differentlt depending on the social situation you are in. We are lucky than in english we arent expected to also tailor the words we use and verb conjugations like other languages do depending on the formality of the conversation. Its not just minorities in the US, everyone in the world needs to act more polite in formal situations or around elders that doesnt mean we arent being authentic, it simply means we are showing respect.
@Ashley Spurling Okay but how do you know she's like that in real life
"Melanin too dark to throw her shade" -Beyonce.
Are Paul and Denise getting along better?
It definitely seems that way. She definitely seems to enjoy teasing him, but they seem much more civil with one another.
lol.....Her teeth are sparkling.
I looooooovvvveeeee Aunt Deedee
👍👍👍 the cast is excellent
Lol great writing!
I love Denise!!
I mean sometimes Denise can be rude
Brown Skin Girl I’m talking about the character not the actor. Denise is constantly rude especially when she was at the country club.
@@LolLol-oq8vs Nobody is getting mad about the character, but a character is a good starting point for a (hopefully civil) discussion. You just said "she can be rude but I mean she like the REALESTT charcter on the show", which I understood as "being real is more important than being polite". I disagree. Now, we can start a discussion about what should be the most important, realness or politeness.
@@LolLol-oq8vs Fair enough, even though you actually made no point, but since you don't want to argue...
Mohamed Amine Hadji I think a balance of both. Also some people are like that. Everyone can and does improve and grow, but some less than others.
'sometimes rude' is a major understatement.
Ok but if I was in the court working or I was in the jury...I would want all the details. I have to be there might as well be a little entertaining. BTW She's right Lorraine is shady.
-Dasty white husband 💀
Lil Nicki
*Dusty
Yes, she does.
Idk why her character reminds me of Patti laBelle a lot😂😂
Can someone please tell me the were the reale episodes are because the reale ones are defenetly not that short
What's the last name?
Lol
Maybe it's her mouth?
No, she doesn't need to change HOW she speaks, she just needs to change WHAT she says. How does she think it's okay to say "dusty white husband" and "I didn't want my friends to think I was with a white man" when testifying? People act like white people don't have feelings!
If a white woman said "dusty black husband" and that she didn't want anybody to think she was with a black person, all hell would break loose in the black community and everybody would cry racism! Stop being hypocrites!
Anonymous Person black people say what they’re thinking white people dont. If they do it’s usually to the police . You realize black people only feel that way bc white ppl feel that way ab us😂
Anyia Williams preach... they’ll say we’re “urban”
@@earthtonyia1200 - We aren't thought police. We can't control what people think, but we can control what WE say. Most white people don't actually SAY that about us, so why do we think it's okay to SAY that about them? And you're making an ignorant assumption by saying what other people think. You aren't in their minds. How do you know what they're actually thinking? SMH.
We don't need to say everything we think. Thoughts are private for a reason. We need to exercise more emotional control in the black community. This is why there's so much violence in black culture because we feel like we need to always say what we think. No, we need to keep our big mouths closed sometimes and use wisdom!
All of this foolishness is just going to cause an unnecessary race war, because I assure you, white people are getting fed up. You can only step on somebody for so long before they start viciously retaliating. This is not right.
Yawn.
@@anonymousperson1327 - Damn. Facts!
Denise is the worst character on the show for me. Society does treat black people a certain way and maybe it's wrong that we have to bend over backwards to make white people comfortable, but that's not the case with Denise. She is rude and acts like she has no home training. Her testimony included irrelevant details that even a white person should leave out. Her behavior is unacceptable for anyone, regardless of their skin color. I feel like certain points this show tries to get across about black struggles don't really make an impact because they're attached to Denise's bad behavior.
Thank you! I can't stand Denise as a character. The way she acted at the country club was super immature.
I think that her sister's husband is a good person and she doesn't need to throw him down like that.. calling him dusty for no reason.. think if the races are reversed. it shows that she has no courtesy for someone whose a good person and expects others to sympathize for her when she gets thrown down by someone for how she looks and carries herself

I'm Mexican bn to court. He is right. B as non threatening as possible. Appear humble and innocent and non aggressive. It worked for me. I was an angel. ,😌
Denise is being super racist in this skit too
