Appreciate you man! I shattered my collarbone had plate screws etc then 3 years later dislocated it..the floor angels (overheads) have fixed my pop n click shoulder ..do em every morning in my stretches !

Hahaha I’m glad you learned something from the video! I appreciate the kind words and support! Stretching the gluteus medium is doable, but its going to require you to get a little creative. One way I do it is I’ll foam roll the crap out of it. I do this by basically sitting on the foam roller and rolling back and forth while leaning side to side. Another way is to do the piriformis stretch you see in the video, and play around with the angle you pull your knee at. If you bring your knee more across your body, you can hit the glute med. Hope this helps!

Is this a routine you would do every morning?
This is something I would either do first thing in the morning, or immediately after my workouts/riding!
