going through that phase as a teen where i was unsure of my femininity and more or less leaning more into my young tomboy masc self to fit in with my male friends, i was always innately very feminie. now i'm 20 and truly diving into my feminine energy, unashamed of being soft. i've been following you for a while and you've really helped me find myself. thank you! ♡

It’s been hard because of the coming trendy’s and that fast fashion is all around me. But I’m slowly finding out what I want to have, and instead of going to h&m, I’m going to local boutiques. Though that may not sound like a big step. It is. Having a more timeless style is way cooler than fast fashion

Today I was wearing a cotton blouse I got from the airport in Kathmandu, Nepal with beautiful blue embroidery that is so unique, ethnic and pretty. I work in a job which lets me visit many developing countries that I work for... so reflecting that in my personal style makes sense! I want to wear more of these in my daily wear. I have a beautiful patterned wrapped pants/skirt from Cambodia that you can only get from the local market, for example :)
Now I'm knitting clothes (rainbow color 🌈 summer net sweater) that I want to wear so I'm about to have handmade, one-and-only items in the world!

Thank you Bethany! You really helped me to stop my impulsive buying behaviour. You said in one of your videos that every purchase must have a purpose, so everypiece in our wardrobe is art. That's when I realised I had too many unnecessary clothes which I don't feel confident/comfortable wearing it.

Another excellent video. I observe the Hijab and you won't believe this but your videos have helped me discover my style in the Hijab. Such as the colours I wear the type of material the types of shoes. Thankyou for inspiring someone like me who can dress modestly and stylishly and most importantly loving the way they dress
