I love how soft spoken you are. Your voice relaxes me. We are of the same height, and so I take your advice especially choosing the best jeans. I finally changed my style and I love it.
I carried the same classic black bag for over 20 years. She was beautiful, genuine leather, and perfect. It broke my heart when she was finally beyond repair. She always looked amazing on the outside, cared for her very well, but ultimately her inside wore out. I miss her so, I've never found an adequate replacement. :(

Thank you for this video! I just turned 25 and slowly realizing that the clothes that fit me 6 years ago, don't fit my body shape any more. Not only do the ill-fitting clothes make me feel bad about my body, but they're just not my style anymore. I've slowly purged my closet and I'm gradually replacing items with more quality, classic pieces that will hopefully last me years! I love watching your videos for styling tips and inspiration

It was so fun to hear you say they were a “dream” of yours, because they were for me, too. 😊 I remember after my husband and I had already become accustomed to having them, we gave up our master bedroom for my parents while they were visiting; when my dad glanced into the rather unimpressive closet, he commented, “Wow!” because the wooden hangers made such a statement! 😁

Your videos have been instrumental in finding my style and creating it in my now near 30s! I am a huge Thrifter and when I found a couple of very beautiful and well cared for gems, it sparked my restyle. I cannot echo enough just how important hangers are! I actually had a beautiful shirt I decluttered because it never fit me right in the shoulders. I didn’t know that my hanger was the problem! Had it been hung on a different style/cut hanger, it would’ve been just fine and a staple piece for me. Lesson learned… A hard one! I even attempted finding it after donating but it was probably snatched up quite quickly!

Edit: totally agree on the white sneakers! I have a pair that I keep crisp and clean and another that have a worn in look - I still clean them but they still have a little dirty ness to them.

Quality over quantity for sure! I sometimes get a twinge of guilt when I spend too much on a single piece of clothing but having one good piece over having a ton of cheap ones that I'll probably never wear just feels better, I appreciate the quality pieces more ya know? Also your B-roll is goals!

Honestly spending money on good quality, good fit and timeless pieces makes you glow. From jewelry to clothing. You carry them differently and take care differently. Bra section is still the hardest hahah. And good quality piece does not always mean that you need to buy 180$ pure cotton shirt from somewhere, I bought my favourite shirt thrifted (originally from HM) 10 years ago, it's pure cotton and still doing well because I take good care of the shirt.
