In Philadelphia pretty much every train station has an elevator for disabled people
The trains in Philly are part time and one percent the size of the nyc subway .

I had to learn how to walk again pretty much could have been handicap so I know plus feel for people who are wheelchair bonded or cripple who desperately needs to get around and having access to elevators will definitely lessen the burden on them
I hope they get everything the need for a safe, conveinent commute.
That's MTA #1 priority. The #2 is accessibility.
Those elevators are always covered with urine or has a homeless person sleeping in them .
