In this video we take a 3D lumion 10 walk through of a 13x28m (43x92ft) modern beach house located in a tropical setting. This home has 4 bedrooms and 4 full baths with 2 half baths. (Each bedroom is an en suite) The floor plan features an upside down layout where the main living space is on the second floor instead of the first to capture the views where you spend the most time. Each bedroom has glass facing the water to capture the views as well. The rear infinity pool has a seamless transition into the ocean while in the pool. This modern beach home features water views, tesla solar / power packs, a putting green, a large rear patio, an open floor plan with modern finishes & a carport

How much will something like this cost to build?
Hi, what about the kitchen? Like is it okay to be in the first floor? For example after coming from the store, I will need to carry all the bags to upper floor with stairs.
Yes thats a disadvantage of an upside down plan like this. While you get views of the water from the main living and eating spaces you have to sacrifice some normalities of a kitchen on the ground floor. Although, houses like this will usually have an elevator close to the main entry for reasons like you said.

Yea I have an Alienware aurora R8. If you google search it you will find all specs. It has an nvidia geforce rtx 2070 super 8GB GDDR6 graphics card, 9th gen intel core i7 9700, 16GB dual channelDDR4 at 2666MHz memory, 512GB hard drive

hmm my problem with neo-modernism is it has zero consideration for design in section (and plan to a certain extent) its just pure aesthetic which feels anti-architecture
neo-modernist housing also seems to have no relation or integration with the landscape and surrounding environment, like they're always slabs being placed over a plot of land lol
regardless, your renders are awesome (which im god awful at)
