I know that when your flight get delay for 4 to 8 hours people patience starts break but people should understand that for everything there is a legal procedure i am not saying that dont get angry for your flight late but it doesnt mean na that you will try to find unwanted reason to fight and if you want to reach on time they you by ticket of a company which has good record saving 1 or 2 thousand for that much trouble i dont think so its worth it .
I had faced the same incident at Mumbai airport. I cancelled my flight but these goons had not pay back my money. I am staying in Abu Dhabi and keep on sending the email but no concrete reply. The problem with go first was less flight with more booking. It was serious lapse from aviation ministry who had given time slot to go first without having enough no of planes. This is the way our aviation ministry is working like ram bharose with bribe approvals.
Why are the armed guards just watching the show??? They need to step in and calm the crowd. Ground staff can't really do anything whatsoever. They are simply scaoe goats.
Such a shameful video of Indian air travellers. They need to understand one thing clearly - No one will give you cash refund on the spot now a days. Also these ground staff needs more training on how to handle this kind of situation, and These travellers are pathetic - shouting like a dog on the street. It doesn't matter how delay your flight is , you should not make it drama. By shouting at the airport will not get you your flight early and also management will not entertain such crowd. NOTE: Next time try and catch train and if train gets delayed then we will see what you guys can do there.

If that is the case then all the passengers must unite and close the main entry gate for entry and exit until ur problem is solve .
