I felt bad for the managers begging when he asked them to make 120 bill properly. It is understandable but still it is important to take strict action against these people because we people earn money in very hard circumstances, we don't earn through any illegal manners that we will have unlimited money to spend, we are middle class people we have to think a hundered times before buying anything. It is important to make these scammers understand this thing. They should fear God atleast.

Last Tuesday I had travelled from pashim express from Mumbai to Delhi, for dinner he was charging 120/- but when i demanded for bill he said everyone is paying 120/- why you have a problem..? than he said "I will bring bill at morning" but till delhi he didn't came to my seat for payment or to give bill...

I was traveling from mathura to anuppur - train jbp nazm superfast in 3rd ac then the linen was completely dirty with all the hairs sticking to it. when I asked the attendant to change, he angrily refused.I was forced to file a complaint on Railway 139 against him. and then in the same way they started apologizing that you pls withdraw your complaint.
