Yes, the green column with the weighted score provides the ranking. Be careful about adjusting your criteria after you get the results though. Sometimes people get an idea of what they want to win out, and then change weights to make that happen.

Hi John,I'm unable to find a record of your registration. If you did register under a different name, you should be able to go into your account in our store and scroll down. I'm drawing a blank on the exact term the store uses when you are logged in, but it is one of the choices at the top right by where register/log in is. It is something like 'customer account' or portal or something similar.When you are in the account info section, you can scroll down to see the list of all the free member items with the links to those products. Just fill the cart as normal.Of note, the standard product will still show the price. The member version is a separate product link that is only shown in the customer portal.Sorry about the confusion.Jeff

This video is 11 years old now, and I've migrated the delivery of how I deliver it several times over the years. Sorry about the confusion about whether this is free or not. (The monthly subscription used to have a free trial associated with it where you could download the decision matrix template with a permanent license during the trial.) I had to shut off that system before I got the new one fully up and running. The latest location is at training.velaction.com/collections?category=free-content, but as I said, I am still in the process of migrating it over. It might be a few more days until it is accessible again. Working on it. I'll update here once I get it posted for free download again.

Yes, it is free, but sorry about the confusion. When you are logged in to the store, go to the 'My Account' section and scroll down. You'll see a list of links to the free versions of the products for members. The storefront service I use isn't sophisticated enough to automatically make a product free, so I create a second secret product. If you go back to the main store, you'll still see the paid versions. Again, sorry about the confusion.

Yes--you have to create the scoring system, and then apply it to the options. The download version has a tool for ranking the criteria, and then comparing the relative importance to get the weighting factors. You'll have to also come up with the scoring for each criteria. The idea is that you create the system so that you don't let your bias towards a particular option cloud your judgement.
