Life is full of choices. Use a weighted decision matrix to help make choices for you. A decision matrix is great for making decisions based off your own preferences. They help you make the better choice faster and easier.
Once you have a decision matrix set up, all you need to do is change your preferences depending on the decision you have to make.
This matrix is great for answering questions like:
Where should I live?
Which job offer should I take?
Which major should I choose?

What about if instead of one person assigning values and preferences ( there are 10 people) do you ask for their numbers and average them out and then place them into Excel?
