Literally started off broke and drowning in debt without a dollar to my name. 20 years of taking tons of risk. Started out working for someone else and becoming an expert in the industry, then broke off and started my own company and became their biggest competitor. Just worked harder and had more integrity than anyone else that I knew at least, or at least I like to think so. Opportunity started opening themselves up as I got better and better in the industry (commercial re finance). I asked a ton of questions to my successful clients and just started doing what they did with buying up investments. Now i own my own commercial real estate development company and have rebuilt an entire downtown and the Charlotte NC area. I'm still applying the same principles as I did with my other business, doing everything from the heart and with integrity. When you do the right thing, good things happen generally speaking. 💪🏼
