Congratulations, Dima, the joy of a parent is to have a child follow in their footsteps, you have not only followed, but you have ensured you have left a mark. Ensure you keep the tradition by letting your children play.
Amazing as always... What Dima teaches us all is how important breathing is to Chi (intelligent energy ) in generating power... he is explosive with his shots and relaxes in between.... just amazing.... i am learning a lot from these videos and trying to apply it to my and my kids game... Keep inspiring us all Dima.. Cheers
This is amazing 👍💪 Father and Son working together to reach the Medal In Tokyo.. 👏🏓 This is beautifil! Good Luck Dima 👍🏓 Thank You also for advice.. We amateurs need Your help.. 😊👍
Great athletic ability, the banana flicks are explosive and super well placed on the table (love it). This is a tremendous weapon in today's TT game. I had also commented in another site how important breathing is important during play, I have a serious problem as I keep cutting my oxygen supply as I am going through a fast rally. Your breathing I believe helps that type of issue by releasing energy and forcing air in/out of the lungs. VERY important ! (even if it sounds funny like some say, I think this is a must, some will make more noise than others, that is all !) Super intense video - kudos to your dad that is there all the way ! Bravo
Thanks a lot for your nice feedback Alexandre! We like the way you look at it! Since a very young age Dimas dad told him to daily train on breath out strongly to get more power in his strokes, that became stronger and stronger during the years.. but also more and more power came out of it. The same with many of the professional powerful tennis players.
Love Training videos, this video was very informative and hopefully we get more videos like this. But what was the white thing on Dimas left shoe? But great video🔥🏓

Hey Tim, part one is around 20 min, part two is around 20 min, part 3 is around 15 min and part 4 is around 40 min. A few minutes rest between the 4 parts.
@@TTSmashCity Yes!! I Saw the review of ovtcharov Blade, It was amazing. I think he could do more reviews with his opinion about other blades or rubbers and compare than. But the channel is already amazing!!!
When Dima was a young kid, his father was his coach and told him that it’s very important to breath out when he hit the ball - to get more power. That breathing out became stronger and stronger = more and more power. Same as in tennis for so many of the professionals.

Watching his backhand stroke, one realizes how grossly inefficient his forehand is. He was able to generate more power with much compact motion with his backhand. Maybe trim the backswing of the forehand little bit? Use more elbow and wrist and less body to stay close to table. Chinese are moving towards compact strokes. Playing close to table, sometimes their elbow stays same level as their head and still able to produce quality balls..
Again, beautiful video, nice image quality. Makes me want to train. Thank you for being an ambassador of our sport.
Thanks a lot for your nice comment!

Waiting for Dima’s new blade review )))))

Thats not easy to do, the muscles in the wrist/forearm are small and get tired easy...the tendons get a workout too...
Can he make shots without sound?
Sure he can, but would you want 100% of Dimas power or 80% of it? :)
when I see the coach and his back my back starts to hurt^^ Multiball training seems to be a destroyer for the coaches back.
One of my coaches sat on a stool/chair to get the right height without having to bend over. Worked great.
