A mod I did to my already heavily modified 360 slim, just because I felt like it. this is achieved by soldering in a programmable mp3 chip and an upgraded speaker
@Dingus_Films U are kinda correct with the red dot but also the ring itself does light up red but idk if it's just because the red dot is so bright that the light bleeds to the outer ring or what but yeah I thought I'd throw that piece of info out there
You can change the sound by reflashing it with a jrprogrammer, but you are very limited with that. You can only use a 44kb file and some other limitations. What I did was install an mp3 sound board that can be easily programmed with the pc via usb. And soldered the two trigger wires to the eject and on button.
imagine the error sound played when the RROD played, but this is the slim model

the 360 slim used the startup sound for the shutdown sound too there is no way to change that
