Ok rant: why do they have Pom poms in competitive cheerleading , like ew. Idk about you but one out of many reasons I compete is cause I don’t like Pom poms/ school cheerleading. I like the fast pace Loud music bouncy floor and traveling of competitive cheerleading. I don’t get why we can’t just have the oj cheerleading why do we have to have Pom poms. Cause that reminds me of UCA and high school teams. I don’t know/ don’t care if u agree, like I said MY OPINION !!!!!!!
It prepares for olympics. Team USA does the same thing and they are recognized around the WORLD. Maybe the bright lights and crazy make up is because we’re not taken seriously. You can still us the poms and be a real sport
