Even though I know it was a rocky time between Glenn and Chris, I loved this line-up. You, Chris Holland, and Hilaire were fantastic! So glad I flew to England to catch two shows with this line up and even got to meet you all, thanks to one of the venue managers and Sukie G. Then got to see you all again here in NY (minus Chris D.). YOu guys did a great job with this song.
Giannis Petridis is a legendary radio dj in Greece. He played this song and i recorded it in a cassete. My brother gave it to one of his friends. It took me 30 years to find it again in a CD this time.
Why should that apply to squeeze songs and not so called "serious" bands like the Beatles? The younger generations will love the original more, and that's a good thing 🤘🤘
My mission to watch every live Squeeze video on RUclips has surely reached its climax.
What a great performance- thanks very much for the upload!
What a killer bass solo. Never thought of Squeeze as a "jam band," but they rock it on this vid
Tilbrook has to be one of the best guitarists of popular music. Don't think he ever got the praise he deserved.
I tried playing since of his solos and wound up dejected- I've been playing fir 35 years. 🙄
@@sirandrelefaedelinoge you'll never be him give it up
Fantastic, thanks Ash. You are remembered with affection as one of the great contributors to Squeeze.
Hilaire's bass solo is insane! Thanks so much for posting this Ash :)
Loved every second of this!

Who ran across the stage? Glen was in bits.
It wasn't Shaggy 🤣🤣🤣
This song sounds totally different. I love the new juice it has. Tilbrook is a total badass….he can do any genre with ease. Very talented band.

I like the drumming. Nice and solid, but human! Cheers, Ash!
There is an acoustic live version that was recorded at WTMD studios. It’s so good!!
This is all too grown up for my liking, and leaves me wanting to hear the original!
It's still untouchable! 🤘
Best version of a class song...great work..
That's your opinion of course.
The original is so much more!
Looks like a Holland on keyboards.
👍 tellement bien....
Got to see this live
I don't like people messing about with Squeeze songs - but this is effing fantastic.
The songs have to be seen as babies that grew up and flew the nest.
