- We had the opportunity to take our good friends and share with them all the things we love about Ambergris Caye, so we wanted to also share it with you. We stayed at our favorite resort on the island at Portofino Beach Resort. We went snorkeling, explored the island, went fishing with our favorite boat Captain Chito, did some shopping, and ate some of the best food on the island. We compiled a list of MUST-DO things so you know where to start when you visit. We really hope you do. You won't be disappointed, I promise.

Great video. Hoe many days you need to enjoy the island ?
I would say at least 5 days is needed to do all the things you might want to do. But if you could go for a full week or more you would have time to relax in between adventures.
