That boy needs to be a future model for Brad’s line. He is so fierce.

I saw your comment before seeing the bit with the kid and yes, yes, I entirely agree

I feel like a lot of kids look this good. And then puberty hits and destroys our skin 😭 I would sell my soul to have the clear skin I had when I was 10

Me: wow that looks so cool
Brad: that does not look good

I'm curious how it turned blue? I've used color oops. I dyed it too dark and following directions, I didn't leave it on long cause I wanted it one shade lighter. It worked to where I did not have to fix it. Infact, I got compliments on it. It was scary but 💯% works.

I asked my supervisor before setting up my appointment. She said go for it. I want a midnight blue and purple

@@Julia-lk8jnyeah but some sure act like that....
@Julia-lk8jn there was recently an elected official who said she would rather her child commit suicide than be trans. There are anonymous forums filled with people talking about how much they hate their kids, at least 30% of lgbtq youth experience homelessness because they get kicked out. I could go on an on with my experiences and others I've heard. Lots of parents hate their kids and treat them like shit, so I'm sorry to burst your bubble but there are tons of parents who don't want their kids to be happy. I'm glad you haven't experienced that, but it exists plenty.
The thing that Brad doesn't understand is that most people watching him are on their bed, no socks, in their PJs, messy as possible, and have been scrolling on their phone for hours. "Beautiful."

@@lagatita1623 😂 well I'm happy that he likes himself the way he is ❤
LOVE LOVE LOVE the fact that you said to let kids dye their hair because life is too short. When my son was 13 and wanted to dye his hair bright tomato red, we let him. 4 months later he was diagnosed with cancer and spent the rest of his short life bald. His red hair was short lived, but he got to have it and be really happy. My mother was mortified when we let him do it, now she says she's glad we let him do it. It's just hair, and being strict about it could lead to regrets.
Too true, life is short and so unpredictable. I'm sorry for your loss but so happy that you gave your son that gift.
You're an amazing Mum ❤
I'm sorry for your loss, he was lucky to have such a good mumma ❤

The sweet boy with the rainbow hair looks like he’s literally brads son. I love it. Future goals!
You’re so right! 🤣
MINI MONDO!!!
Holy shit you’re right
Yup
I dye my hair, so I don’t think it’s fair not to dye my kids’ hair. My 10-year-old daughter has red tips (after experimenting with teal, aqua, purple, red, blue, and green). My 6 year old son has blue hair now and never asked for another color. It’s a way for them to express themselves, and is always a bonding experience for us
Was it good to ruin their young, healthy hair? Get some lessons why is bad for kids before you get some
@@Weightingtablesafter thanks for the suggestion. My philosophy is that if they try as many colors as they can now, they’ll know what colors they like and want to repeat as adults. I never dyed my hair until I became an adult and I only tried red and purple because I am too terrified of trying other colors. It is something to think about though.
@Carmen exactly. Thank you.
@@ronidm7052 It’s just hair.
@@MathPiHanan It's not just hair. As a person who prefers all natural hair after stupid teenage experiments, I will never force my kid to dye their hair because of self complexes. I will let them do that only when they will be old enough to understand how much damage it brings
The moment my daughter asks to dye her hair, or get her ears pierced, I'll set the appointment up to take her. Parents should be more open to let their kids express themselves. I remember parents, even today, will say "no, it's just going to damage your hair, wait till your 18+"....like no it doesn't anymore. Just get the right stuff?
And even waiting until 18+ it's still going to damage the hair. Also most jobs don't let you have dyed hair so you can't even do it then either, you might as well do it when it doesn't matter as much 😂
people: "don't dye your hair before 18, it damages it". also people: *straighten their hair for years since puberty and use not suitable hair products*
Right the same parents saying the kids need to wait on semi permanent color, are the same ones taking the 2yr olds to the Walmart or Claire's in your local mall to get their ears pierced. 😠
My mom let me get my ears pierced when I was 7 but she didn’t let me dye my hair until I was 14 because the neighbors kid who was 7 at the time got her hair dyed by her mom for the first time so my mom dyed my hair too
my mother had my ears pierced when i was 18 MONTHS OLD but refused to let me dye my hair anything other than blonde highlights up until a few weeks ago. (i’m 16 now. and i wasn’t even allowed to do my whole head, i had to settle for streaks.) i never asked to get permanent holes put into my ears before i could talk, but i was always told that dyeing my hair would ruin it, despite how many times i told her that hair grows back and semipermanent dye doesn’t last forever. i also really want a nose piercing and maybe some tattoos, but i’m not allowed to have either of those until i move out. it doesn’t make sense. at this point, i’m tempted to pierce my own nose and dye the rest of my hair myself and deal with the consequences later. strict parents don’t raise obedient children, they raise good liars.
“Their client is being so good, sitting still” …. He’s her brother. She’s probably forcing him to 😂 my sister is a hair dresser and when I get stuff like this done she’s like “CALM THE F#%*# DOWN AND STOP BREATHING. YOURE AGGRAVATING THE POOR SCISSORS”

@@justineglickman lol reminds me of when my sister does my hair! It really is funny 😆
Brad weaponizing kids’ freedom to color their hair is a big Scorpio mood and I’m over here clapping along
Temporary color doesn't damage their hair and it allows them to express who they are. I've been letting my daughter color her hair since she was 9 years old with temporary colors. Not only is it fun for them, it's fun for you as a parent to watch them blossom into a young adult by having the freedom to do so.
She's 13 now and we just bought a burgundy to dip the bottom of her hair. Can't wait to see how it turns out!
@@Mar-velousMarlenak8 I wish my parents especially my dad saw coloring hair the same way you do I can’t until I’m 18 and was told the split dye would make me look like a “rule breaker”
@@Emma-qu4oh me too with cutting my hair, I want it short but I'm a girl and he doesnt want me to 😭
Yes to the scorpio mood!!!
@@Mar-velousMarlenak8 the thing is most people have to lighten their hair as those colors wouldn’t show up otherwise and lightener obviously does damage the hair. that’s why my mom wouldn’t let me do anything to my hair until I got to high school as she didn’t want me to damage my hair. if the hair is already naturally light though it’s definitely an easier argument

THE MOMENT I WENT TO HIGH SCHOOL I DYED MY HAIR PINK
What do they even wanna do if you did color it tho-
I used to go to a Christian school and I couldn't dye my hair so nearly the MOMENT I left the school I dyed my hair purple
@@ow1158 they make you bring it back to a natural colour. since its usually private schools, they make you sign a contract that says you will abide by all school rules when you enrol. if its a private school and you signed that contract they can definitely kick you out bc of that. i went to a school like that and it happened to many of my friends. which was really dumb bc they got kicked out of one of the best high school educations in the country bc they couldn't wait the two weeks until school holidays to have purple hair.
If I remember my color chemistry as well as I think I do, the reason the first girl’s hair went blue is because her hair was fuchsia to begin with, which is a combination of a couple shades of red dye and some Lake Blue to cool it down and give it those violet undertones. Now, Color Oops has no problem pulling those red pigments from a dye job, because they’re very similar to the ones in permanent dye (which is why permanent reds always seem to suffer from fallout faster than other dye jobs). Now, when all the red is encouraged to fall out, that just leaves the blue pigment, which as we all know can be very stubborn to strip all the way out. Not only that, but this appears to be some sort of derivation of a Prussian Blue, which becomes more intensely blue when exposed to oxygen.
Color Oops basically oxy-cleans the open cuticles (which is why it has that gross vinegary smell) so the remaining blue pigment becomes super intense from all the oxidizing that happened.
If that were to happen to me, I would either roll with it and double down on the intense blue, or use that as a foundation for an ash brown, violet, or gunmetal gray color. Preferably followed by a protein treatment, because those cuticles are going to go bananas on her in a little while.
Thank you for the in depth explanation!
Thanks for the info!
Chemistry is fun :)
I thought that cool, ashy blue looked very good. But if you're planning to, e.g. , make splash at Christopher Street Day, then yep I can understand that she would just get out the big guns and hit her hair with a round of colors.
And the result is lovely!

Your “parenting” talk about letting kids do whatever makes them happy is how I literally parent my daughter !! She’s 6 and I’ve always told her to just be herself how ever she wants to be !! As a parent it is important to give them that feel of independence to make some choices for there self
Yes agreed! If colorful hair in the summer time is what they choose to do to express themselves, bring it on! There are a lot of things to get into that are trouble. If this outlet keeps them out of trouble I'm here for it! Plus I can live vicariously through my child's unicorn hair 😂
Same, I also have a 6 year old daughter and I always tell her that she can do what ever she wants as long as she is not hurting anyone, "be happy and be nice"
Yes!! I teach my kids its their body their choice. They want to dye their hair? Sure let's go do the ends, dont like it? It will wash out or we cut it out. No biggie.

Same here. Our school had pretty strict rules; They didn't even allow piercing, makeup or coloured socks. It was absolute bullshit.
My school literally never even dress codes anyone because I’ve seen some girls with pretty skimpy clothing and they haven’t got in trouble for it so it’s perfectly fine to have dyed hair at my school that must suck for you if you want to dye your hair though

I’m 100% in agreement with you Brad. My kids are 16 and 18. I’ve always told them (and encouraged them) that I’ll color or cut (have a pro do it) their hair any possible way want. And they should wear what makes them feel great. My boys had hair down to their butts until their early teens when they started cutting and dyeing for fun. Color Oops actually does make a remover for direct dye, it's just hard to find.
When I was in High School Manic Panic was the go-to for "not yo mama's box color". I never lifted my hair before I dyed it, so on medium dark brown hair with minimal sun bleaching, I had plumb purple, a magenta, and once I used those color tablets you get from the dentist. It was just hair, I didn't cause any issues that made my folks loose sleep or ground me, so randomly showing up with a few tubs of hair dye was a non-issue. My uncle actually kinda seemed to enjoy the weirdness and was happy to help me dye my waist length hair, especially since it was just goop that goo on in sections and comb through to distribute. The plumb was my favorite because it just looked like dark hair, until I was out in the sun, then it glowed a rich royal purple.
I teach at a rural grade school. I'd say about 50%, regardless or gender, has dyed or bleached hair. It really got popular when they wore masks this year.
Or an example of the lengths people will go to maintain their emotional health in a pandemic. Fun is important.
Brad calling me beautiful in the middle of the night💀
Me sitting in a double chin, sweats and a bag of Doritos in my hand👁️👄👁️💅🏼
why is this me...
Omg 😲 the boys hair us awesome.... I have to show this to my little boy maybe he'll let me actually use all my xmondo hair color... I need yellow so bad 🥺
Do ppl not realize that color oops usually takes you back to the color you had before you dyed it.😭
My school actually had a dress code that included not being allowed to have brightly colored hair. Like girls would get in trouble for having blue or purple hair or whatever. I hope that’s no longer a thing!
Sad to say it’s definitely still a thing at all the schools in my area of the USA. Plenty of people in my school completely ignored the rules and dyed their hair blue, purple, pink, and many other colors. I’m a teacher’s kid so I don’t get that privilege. I basically follow the school dress code no matter where I am or what I’m doing unless I have an extremely good excuse that my mother will believe
That kid SERVED ✨ ICONIC
He said "she has two inch dark roots with this faded out pink color", when he's sitting there with two inch dark roots and this faded out pink color. BRADLEY I WILL NOT STAND FOR THIS SLANDER.
He does have some roots, but I wouldn’t say the red is faded 🤷♀️ I totally feel that he would roast me though for having the slight banding like the first girl had 😂
Omg that kid looked so fierce. Im in love with his hair. Brad mondo, your colors are so bright and beautiful. That kid really rocked it!
watching brad is really getting me fired up for my haircut. I'm donating my butt-length hair soon and after watching his videos for like a week I've decided to get curtain bangs when I cut my hair too, which I don't think I could have ever actually decided on a week ago
Hi Beautiful Emily
The second result had me shook. Goodness
0 dislikes. Iconic honestly😌.....yeah it’s only been 4 minutes BUT STILL✋🏻
Yeah only 3 dislikes.... amazing

i didnt think i would find you here too
That girl absolutely killed it on her brother's hair! Love it! I've always let my kids dye their hair and even do it for them because it is hair and i want them to have the freedom of expression! 💜 Loved the Brad "Dad" moment going on in this video too lol
WHEN I TELL YOU MY JAW DROPPED THE KID LOOKED SO COOL OMG
Ok is it crazy that every time Brad calls us beautiful and says we look great during the intro…I smile from ear to ear?😅 Idk maybe it’s just me but I get so so happy😭
i remember in middle school i started dyeing my hair and the kids made fun of to me my face and behind my back. made me feel so bad about myself all bc i wanted to be ME (now i do not care about peoples opinions of me whatsoever - literally un-fucking-bothered and its amazing >:)
fast forward to sophomore year of high school and what's everybody doing?
DyEiNg tHeRe HaIr Bc iTs hIpPy AnD TrEnDy >:( i cannot express the irritation i felt seeing this person and that person walking around with pink, purple, blue, etc hair when 2 YEARS BEFORE THEY THOUGHT IT WAS "EMO" AND WEIRD
That kid has a fucking awesome mom. Fun bonding activity!! And the final lewk with a lil makeup looked BOMB. Someday he'll look back on that photo as a good memory.
That’s my kiddo, ☺️ he’s pretty great.
