The medic also testified that he witnessed Gallagher stab the prisoner in the neck. Therefore Gallagher is not cleared of anything. It means that they are both guilty of murder.
There is also difference between Gallagher fatally stabbing the prisoner and the medic knowing there was nothing he could do to save the prisoner and putting him out of misery.
Wait... so our military kills people? Shocker.

If anyone sees my comment, listen to the Cleared Hot Podcast episode. Tells the whole story. But if you don’t want to, 5/24 testified against him (under false premises). They set stuff up bc they didn’t like what he was doing. His team went from the worst platoon to the best platoon after he got command. Yup, saw a couple of interviews with Gallagher, he has been found innocent of any war crimes by a jury of his peers that is why he is free. He is only guilty of taking the pic of the dead ISIS terrorist, bad taste but not a crime. Kudos to the Gallgher's. Shame on his accusers, the military justice system and the media.

Hi. I’ve been living with and through 14 years of abuse. Abuse from federal, state and city entities. It started with doctored medical records, false police reports done as a favor by a Chief of Police for government employee. I’ve been fired from every job from 2008 to current, harassed by police from 2009 to current. I’ve been hit, hair pulled, punched, spit at, and verbally assaulted by the federal office that terminated me. It’s taken 14 years for me to find the extent of damage, who started and who’s been able to keep it going to date. I passed a thorough background and security check going back ten years. The process was over eight months. Hired. Sent to the NAC in SC for federal training. Upon my return of the second week from SC I’m brutally fired and humiliated before my peers by being escorted out of a 22 story by two fully armed military police. It was only five months. At this time I’ve learned an ex boyfriend who’s an attorney doctored medical records and other documents to convince the USAO that I was mental, violent, crazy, drug and alcohol abuser, and I was going to harm him and others. From there it led to him threatening to harm me and a coworker. That started the many false police reports. I didn’t know what he did to have me fired from a federal job as I had over five years of federal status from another job. The legal community turned on me. Some knew me for 14 years prior. I don’t have the disposition to do anything he was able to convince the entire legal community I did. I’ve been fired from every job from 2008 to current. I’m being harassed bI weekly by city police. I can fit the 14 years of abuse by federal, state government, and city legal entities in this box. The last employer sexually assaulted me and text terminated me. Police took report and an ADA involved from 2009 tossed it. I’m on a do not hire, do not represent status in the legal community. For almost the last year I’ve been blocked from all state government and city entities that are in place to help citizens. The newly passed civil rights bills takes the protected immunity away from every individual involved in abusing my civil rights. I kept moving on after being fired over and over. Somehow the original people were drawn in. The multiple false police reports have caused irreparable harm. In court got approximately three years. My high profile defense attorney didn’t realize the TRO didn’t have a police report attached. I didn’t know. I did personal injury and medical malpractice law. A week before the MSJ was set someone asked me what the police report says. What police report. Wow. I immediately call records and there it is. Another false police report. The evening before this lawsuit was served on me these psychos followed me. It was what they did. They drive into my apartment complex parking lot. I saw them following me. I get out of my blue car. I lean on my trunk and motion for them to pass. It was a one way. They chose to back up and haul out of there. Next day my son is served. When I talked to records he pulled a report of a serious car accident I was in 11/13/09. I was in my brown car and in a serious car accident. Brown car totaled. He comes across another report. It states I was in my brown car 04/29/10 at their home … ah the reason they followed me day before served. I had moved as well. They realize no brown car so no 20th false police report could be used. Well my attorney was saving himself. As soon as my exhibit list was sent to them they wanted to drop everything. No. I instructed my attorney no I need for this judge to see it. I’d known this judge for 14 years of having cases before her. She changed just as everyone else did. My attorney is concerned about three years in court and he missed the police report. He agreed to drop it. I was furious. It continues to date. The termination from USAO went on for years. Not one attorney would represent me. I was up AG’s two unethical JAGs. Depos were taken w/o my knowledge. The depos were kept from me for years. When I did get them I put them in a box and went on getting hired and fired. I read some of them when the last employers wrongful termination by text submitted their rebuttal. It was 95% lies. Lies used on me from 2008 to current. AUSA’s state I walked around the office exposing my breasts, I did drugs and alcohol in the office. The office I was in for five months. I’m mental, crazy, violent, and suicidal. I fell to the floor. Too much. How was I to protect myself when I didn’t know what the ex boyfriend attorney doctored, lied about and did? I couldn’t. After his threats to harm me and co worker he used the false back dated police reports, doctored medical records, emails and more to have ex parte with the judge. She berates me and dismissed the charges. Now that I know what was done there was no way for me to protect myself because I didn’t know what he was showing judges, ADAs, police whose chief committed conspiracy by taking the knowingly false police. He basically planted evidence. Then he had ex parte with ADA. She called me the day before the metro hearing and again berated me. She said he was with her and he showed her documents. Still 2009. It’s become worse. I’m concerned for my safety. Police with the suicide. Haven’t in 14 years, won’t .. Still harassment. Third in nation for police killings of any person they’re told is mental and/or suicidal. ADA knowing that statistic sends officers here under guise I talked to her and said I was suicidal. Three illegal searches, detained in my home for hours, threatened to take me to psych, manhandled and a taser pulled. She knows what police do to people that are told what she told them about me. After that she tossed my sexual assault report away. Can you help. My safety is in danger. No person, income …. Thank you.
