Bill being let loose in the NFL films archives digging through old equipment and film would be like a historian let loose in the Alexandria library. I love it.
Yeah... we'll see. The common knowledge is deep XO's content doesn't do well in the long run and gets low ratings. Just because you and I like it doesn't mean this show will be a hit.
Patrica has been pretty underrated on these shows with Bill. Does a good job of getting more out of Bill and asking good questions. Obvious to see why Bill always wanted him around (sometimes to the pats detriment lol).
Who knew that Matt was the Bill whisperer? Pretty underrated quality tbh, it can't be more than a handful of coaches that can really talk to Bill without much effort. And honestly Matt on this show just sounds like he's having a good time talking about what he's loved. He wasn't a perfect coordinator and a rough head coach but he'll always be part of Pats Nation.
they don't get into the technical stuff X's and O's very much. even when it comes to coaching, like how do they decide who to start or bench or rotate into other roles?
I would say he was at times a bit to passive of a play caller on defense but the fact he was able to transfer to the offensive side and still have a mediocre offense and alot better offens then Bill Obrian had says alot bout his knowledge
I’m so glad Bill can open up and share his thoughts now that he’s not coaching. Funny guy with a lot of insight, and more personality than he showed during his career. This is a great show
This has such "Mr. Wizard" vibes for me. "Sweat Boxes," and Reel-to-Reels, it is everything an Old School Football psycho, like myself, could ever hope for. Thanks coach Bill & Matt!
@@tv26889 this is a tv show not football practice cmon bro, you know what we mean the format is amazing and the talking points and fluidity is almost unmatched in the space this content performs in, just stop
Watching from Australia Coach. This game has a global audience hungry to learn the finer points of the game, can't quite believe we get Coach Belichick 🫡
I love this channel so much, I can't even begin to tell you how amazing it is! Thanks coaches for this insight into what you did for so long, it's so inspiring!
Nothing makes me happier then to see these two coaches working in some football related way together again. If only josh could get involved, and the three of them could take an NFL team, that would be great.
This is what should have 500k+ views. Unfortunately too many of us prefer 2 talking heads screaming their opinions at each other and they're always huge overreactions in typical shock jock manner. This is Football Smack.
The most underrated aspect of Aaron Jones’ game is his pass pro. I’ve never seen a small back who can fully absorb a premier pass rusher running free like he can
In elementary school, I got the best job, Film monitor. I would get out of class, bring the projector and film, and set it up. Amazing how many teachers couldn't do it, I was 12. Now, with computers, I am a little in the dark, haha 😊
Having seen all the content from Coach Bill I'm shocked how funny and personable he is. Whether it's this channel, McAfee, and the Manning cast I believe he's showing everyone in the league that you should definitely hire him for a head coach opening. All I ever saw from him was the media post game Bill and that was clearly a part he was playing. Teams would be foolish now knowing how he really is to not even consider him for a HC opening next season.
Nothing better out there. Landry Locker in Houston is really good too, tho. Love me some High IQ easy-to-understand Football info! I do wish they would have a read-a-comment-and-respond segment tho.
Bill Belichick, get Cam Newton as a Special Guest on this Show. Cam respects u, often talks about but great impact on him as a QB1! He’s referenced u so much than other Coaches on his 2 top shows! 👍💕🙏
What the heck was Kraft thinking? We're stuck with Jerod Mayo and freaking Alex Van Pelt running the team while Bill is just chilling in his basement breaking down film, clearly still the smartest football mind there is. I can't wait until you get a new job coach. Whatever team that may be, I'll be rooting for.
no doubt he's preparing for next year as well. A year off and more research of players in league will go along way in assembling his staff and free agent acquisition
Belichick is in his element and anyone to say he didn’t have anything to do with the winning and was all Brady doesn’t know shit. Defense won a good amount of those championships
Btw, I don't think Bill is going back to coaching next year. When ex-coaches go into the media, they don't truly miss coaching. Rather, they love football but in a less stressful endeavor. This is not as stressful for Bill, and it's great to watch him in this setting.
I feel bad for all the nfl teams next season. They gave bill much needed rest to sit back and look at all the teams. Next season if he takes a hc job whichever team he’s on they are already at an advantage and teams like philly or atlanta he might go to superbowl in couple of seasons.😅😅
Bill being let loose in the NFL films archives digging through old equipment and film would be like a historian let loose in the Alexandria library. I love it.
Some may not enjoy this, but for us football addicted, it can’t get better than this
My favorite episode yet. I love diving into football history and showing how much it’s evolved.
this is what the culture needed, ESPN pls learn.
Definitely white.
Yeah... we'll see. The common knowledge is deep XO's content doesn't do well in the long run and gets low ratings. Just because you and I like it doesn't mean this show will be a hit.
ESPN doesn’t care about intelligent content. They care about hot takes that get them clicks. That’s why Stephen A is the face of their company.
ESPN has guys like Stephenie A Smith. While she definitely has some controversial opinions, after the boxing video, I could never take her serious.
Amen!! This is what we want. Not Mcafee and Stephen A.

He’s getting better. The first episode he was a parrot, just repeating everything that was already said.
I agree, Matt's personality is pretty loose. They are definitely good friends.

Its a privilege to watch. Thank you.
This content is so good. Cool insight and history lessons, love it. I don't care what you feel about Belichick, the NFL needs more stuff like this.
This is what I’m talking about! This is how I’d like to see football discussed. Not hot takes from clowns that don’t know the game
So true
I’m so glad Bill can open up and share his thoughts now that he’s not coaching.
Funny guy with a lot of insight, and more personality than he showed during his career.
This is a great show
really easy to understand why players went to bat for him so hard
Loved that history lesson on the progression of film study, great stuff
This is ultimate football nerdom. I am so here for this
07:40 had me rolling “sometimes you gotta get out a road map for some backs, and let em know that this is where the end zone is, not out of bounds.” 😂
I loved the film study history.
Wow that was awesome seeing an old school game film projector actually being used.
This has such "Mr. Wizard" vibes for me. "Sweat Boxes," and Reel-to-Reels, it is everything an Old School Football psycho, like myself, could ever hope for. Thanks coach Bill & Matt!
This channel is groundbreaking
Seriously
not really; really generic stuff. Surprised they don't get more into the technical stuff, like run fits, checking out of calls, formations, etc.

Excited about the new show coach.
Loved this lmfao. Really loving seeing Bill and Matt together.
Guys. This is awesome. Loved the film segment. Keep'em coming.
Can watch these all day Coach
These videos are literally the greatest thing ever 😮
i loved watching Corey Dillion play and was so happy for him when he got out of Cincy.
love that lombardi trophy shining in the background 👀
Watching from Australia Coach. This game has a global audience hungry to learn the finer points of the game, can't quite believe we get Coach Belichick 🫡
This channel is what I've waited for my entire life. Awesome.
Finally someone praising Emmitt Smith, any time I hear his name it’s someone trying to bash him
Both of these men were and still are such great teachers. I was so lucky to learn from them. This show is amazing.
im getting better at watching football.
thanks coach
Bill you are the best
love the set and production value it's the PERFECT tone let's go Coach
There is great chemistry between the 2 of you.
This is phenomenal.
What a fucking awesome amount of insight into the coaching experience and history. Thanks to y’all and the crew
Immense football IQ on display from Belichick and Patricia. NFL is lacking without them and I’ll include Gruden too.
Btw s/o to Matt on his weight loss/diet journey. He's looking fit and good!
amen
Shoutout and congrats to the weight loss but he’s def on ozempic you can see it in his face
I love this channel so much, I can't even begin to tell you how amazing it is! Thanks coaches for this insight into what you did for so long, it's so inspiring!
bill is the greatest man. elite level of ball knowledge, just different man
The film projector segment was very interesting.

They just started up. In a year or two it's possible these videos will be hitting those type of numbers regularly.
The most underrated aspect of Aaron Jones’ game is his pass pro. I’ve never seen a small back who can fully absorb a premier pass rusher running free like he can
I appreciate that part of his game too. I was loving it when Kamara was standing up Micah Parsons last Sunday. That’s how you earn the rock
The secret about the pencil is solved!
LFG Coach!!!

Fascinating stuff as always
This is amazing content and thank you both for making us smarter.
omg bae, new Belichick video
I could have watched this for hours
This is great!
These dudes love football
“Cut ups”… wow, awesome!
There needs to be a remake of the movie Step Brothers with Belichick and Patricia.
I’d love to see these guys dive into the Shanahan offense and explain just how that’s different than other offenses and why it’s so hard to stop.

Man this is football gold

* about the great ....
Love Stevenson. Great draft pick by BB. Same with Marcus Jones, Onwenu, Pop Dug ect
Thanks Coach!
I love this!
This is criminally under viewed content
It’s like watching Einstein behind the scenes. The coach is a genius.
Would love some chapters guys!
Young people must be amazed by this. Labour intensive time consuming. They have practice between all of this. Easily 16 hours a day.
Getting Matty P going on Ticonderoga was gold. I need him with the backwards had and pencil. Barely recognize the guy lol
The passion.
great stuff thanks

Awesome.
Thank you!!!
It's nice to see this Bill and not press conference Bill.
He did that on purpose. He hated the idiot media hypes. He does appreciate the legit media however.
Bill was and is always like this. He just hates talking to the idiot media, which is understandable 😂
This rules
I just want to be best friends with Bill. Such a cool dude.
I see now where the pencils on Patricia’s ear came from.
Please have Ernie Adams on for an episode
Oh yeah!!!!
It's like a NFL University insider course.
Let’s go
no doubt he's preparing for next year as well. A year off and more research of players in league will go along way in assembling his staff and free agent acquisition
These are really good. Sick of "attitude" BS
Where can I buy the pads?
This is better than all the dumb debate shows
Belichick is in his element and anyone to say he didn’t have anything to do with the winning and was all Brady doesn’t know shit. Defense won a good amount of those championships
Saquon can also drop passes that could win you the game.
Belichick be like " been there, done that " LFGGGGGG
I love this shit
YOU KNOW. YOU KNOW. YOU KNOW.
Wow! Belichick and Patricia look like a father-son team at 0:14 when they're working with the film.
Love the respect that Coach Belichick has for Mike and Kyle Shanahan...Mike deserves a gold jacket and a bust in Canton
I am a Seahawk fan. Conner is a nightmare 😊
🔥

Wrong
"Yeah the end zones north. Yeah the end zones north. Yeah, just keep going north." 😅😅😅😅 coaches are their own vibes
Bill has so much more to give as a content creator and public educator. Apart of me hopes he stays and not go back to coaching.
He deserves the all time game wins over ShittyShula
We could've used you versus the Jets.
Mayo sucks
❤

He could be the Iggles next HC
If I had a girlfriend, she’d be so annoyed about how excited I am about the old school film section.
