Very kool tutorial. All the Power Query tutorials videos I've watched deal with getting tables or files from a folder and combining and transforming. Your tutorial goes way beyond that with the practical cases. They provide useful templates for dealing with similar cases in the future. Thanks so much for such a comprehensive tutorial. I note that you also have a tutorial on PBI. I will watch that later.🥇🏆

This is my solution for case study 2, all is done in Power Query. I will put my sudo code here and will use adding custom columns for better understanding. I know there will be much better solution.
    1. Using text.split to turn text of all employees in each project into list of employees in each project
    2. Using list.count to count employee in each project.
    3. Using list.repeat with column in step 2 as a second parameter, first parameter will be project total cost / column in step 2 => result is a list of the
    Each employee project cost.
    4. Using record.fromlist with inputs from columns just created(step 3 and step 1)
    5. Using record.totable to turn column in step 4 into table
    6. Using table.expandtablecolumn on result on step 5.
    7. Using table.group on columns from step 6( employee name and with function sum on value each project)
