0:00 - 0:01 So I made the mistake of watching Baras scream with headphones on... I must say, I shall be remembering that lovely scream for a very long time.
IMO the Warrior male has the best voice in the game. It fits the authoritative, commanding, and intimidating nature of the Sith Warrior perfectly and yet there’s a certain eloquence to it that makes me want to listen to him narrate stuff all day. Both are great but for me it’s no contest.
The male voice actor has more a commanding and calculating sith voice that gives you the feel of being superior (in a way) like his line "i am the emperors wrath" later in the game story is amazing while some lines fall flat but there is more powerful lines in the male voice. The female voice seems to have more of a emotional and sinister tone (not as sinister as the inquisitor) and she has the feel of do what i want because i deserve it if that makes sense. The lines of this one dosent have the same feel for me as the male does. My choice is the male voice actor
It’s the same split between the two Shepards in Mass Effect. The male voice inspires respect or fear, the female voice has a more emotional tone that can come off as smug and powerful, or bitchy and powerful. Different lines play to the strengths of either voice, but both have to say them
I agree with you over the male voice being great. That's the only reason cause I love both male and female Bounty Hunters voices as well as the Sith Inquisitor's male voice, the trooper's both female and male. Why not. You got B J Blaskovicz as the male trooper and Commander Shepard as the female trooper.
Damn they are both good, so for me it comes down to what kind of sith am I looking for? The female has the voice of a beauty with a hint of pure savage evil hidden underneath the surface, a tone suggesting that while she might not command, she is never caught off guard, and she could unleash a true monster whenever her rage took over. The male voice gives me an entirely different vibe. Here is a commanding voice that leaves no doubt that you have two options: obey or feel the consequences. He sounds like he has his darkness under control, using it as a tool. So the female sounds like she could potentially be the sweetest diplomat you've ever met, but she could also be the scariest monster you'll ever encounter. She has a tone of control in a "I know something you don't" kinda way, while the male sounds like he is in control simply because he is powerful and knows it, he displays control in a "my power gives me control". So I prefer the male because the slightly deceiving voice of the female with a horror underneath the surface is great, but I want my sith to always be in control because no one in the room doubts that he is the most powerful one in the room.
Lmao the Sith Female name XD I prefer the male because it just sounds so manly and a little bit more emotion and extra in a good way. "You want me to kill your husband. sigh. Aren't you the dutiful wife." The Female does sound okay, but she does sound a little too much with everything she says "DIE!!"
To be fair, as someone who prefers playing sith warrior female over male, one of the reasons I prefer female is that she actually becomes better over time. Idk if I can say less anger(?) but there’s definitely a noticeable change in the way she speaks which for me is helpful is marking character growth in my SW in general, becoming less a tool for the empire more an actual person. I was never a big fan of her work in the main story but she felt much better and more flexible in the expansions. I could never get into m!SW because he just never felt like he changed. Characters I made for him felt stagnant because nothing changed in the way he talked. Idk if this makes sense but after six or seven f!SW and a sith jug main that’s my opinion 😕
I was going to say the same thing - in later content, the female sith warrior voice has a noticeable difference. You can spot it easily if you jump from playing, say, War on Iokath to playing a new game.
They've very similar and both excellent. I'm impressed, as neither voice actor looks like the sort of person who could play a good Sith, but their delivery is quite convincing.
Like the Inquisitor VA's I feel that the female displays slightly more emotional range than her male counterpart. However in this case I much prefer the male VA, the moments when he's trying to be menacing come across as so much more powerful with how quiet and focused he sounds. I also think he...projects(?) much better so when he's trying to make an impression on an opponent or some such (like the bit here "Speak when spoken to, slave!" sounds just so much more commanding from the male SW) it has greater impact.
I started playing this game with jugg fem, so I’m too biased. I fell in love with her voice, so sinister yet she’s controlling it so good to make it sound she calculates all her moves 2 steps ahead. I’m lost for words :d
The Male voice sounds calm, confident, ruthless. I know Sith are supposed to be overly emotional, but his voice sounds more cold, calculating and indifferent to his actions. It comes across as more intimidating and creepy. The female voice sounds almost like she's trying too hard - more emotional, but not quite enough to make it believable.

@@xLetalis Agreed. It's why I play a female trooper for Jennefer Hale, I played Fem!Shep all the way through mass effect. All the voices are really good, but I find it rare that I like the male one's better. Maybe the Jedi Classes and Bounty Hunter.
