Appreciate the video Joe! I’m tempted to go the backpack route for winter fishing in Michigan. My only question is carrying a long handled net. I want the larger capacity of the backpack rather than lumbar or sling. Does the fishpond net holster attach to the backpack in a way that makes the net accessible? Would love your thoughts.

Yes it sure does, there is a 4 way attachment on the backpack, you can attach that net holster right there. You can grab the net, but it's tough to put it back in. Don't grab the net until a catch is imminent! That would be my plan anyway. Usually I get excited and grab that as the fish is coming unpinned. Never fails. :) As of right now we only have 1 Net Holster in the entire warehouse, order soon. :) If our online store says in stock, we still got it. redsflyfishing.com/products/fishpond-net-holster

You can carry the net in the rod tube holder on the side very easy.

Do you have any recommendations for a product to lube that zipper with? Other than the Fish pond stuff. Those dry out and are hard to find.
