@@jeffe2267 honestly because when I first started playing I had filled the slots available and when I tried to purchase different weapon there was no room so I could not buy it. I sold one and replaced it with the new one. That just stuck with me so I always sold to make room.
There are no bad characters only characters you're building incorrectly. Some present more of a challenge but they require you to try different tactics.

As a super beginner, if you could help with explaining what +5 Engineering means, what does having more luck do, what is elemental damage, how to get it etc, to be unarmed means no weapons at all? Just a few of those things as the game doesn't really tell you. Thanks again for the guide
Engineering boosts the damage of your turrets and mines and all the technology things, you can see a little icon next to the damage number in every item. Luck boosts your chance of finding consumables like fruits and boxes. Regarding unarmed, there are weapons called fist and hand, it says "unarmed" in their description, just like "precise" for knife and "gun" for pistol. Elemental damage is indicated with the flame symbol next to the damage number in elemental weapons and it boosts the damage.
Keep going! Today I win the first run at danger 0 after 13 hours 😅 choose a character that you like and go for it! For example, I chose the engineer and after a lot of runs it worked out 😃
If you want to go for the highest on lvl 5 go with the spear, get crit and meele dmg also attack speed, lower a bit reach and then focus on survi. The best char for it is tato with 12 weapons.
Unlock the engineer if you haven’t and focus on turrets and staying near them, that will help you win danger 0. I have more tips videos on the channel if you need more help as well 👍
omfg im about 15 hours of playtime in and the tip with the when you have 6 weps and you can just buy a same tier one from the shop and it will upgrade is a game changer

side note if you use the cryptid character in the game keep the tree alive to get the character finishes a round with ten tree alive

Early game, get 6/6 waepons and don't start combining if you doesn't need the slot or the extra damage from combining.

Ranger and then just upgrade attack speed and anything to do with hp(only use smg and shredders)
