Hi TJ , hey what weight and boot size and height are you and what would you prefer in sizing on this board ? the 154 or the 157 ? im 86kg all geared up and size 10 or 10,5 boot so thinking the 154 would be great for park but then its only a 250mm waist width , the 57 is 253mm but obviously harder to rotate around and jib. is 154 the best size for park? ive looked at this and the libtech box scratcher in 151 as the two most forgiving boards on the market
@@stevros48 They did make an Evil Twin Asym in years past but it had a stiffer flex and they have now discontinued it. The current Evil Twins are all true twin
I have the 17-18 board and I love it. I took the one with the red base and grey hands. I`m an intermediate rider and it is so forgiving when I`m learning new stuff. An absolute best.
Reverting is better than catching a Gnarly edge off a jump imo. Definitely the best tech specs for freestyling. Even though I call this my butter stick, it's nice to know that it can cut like a knife as well... instead of just being a complete wet noodle.
Man I bought one recently and finally used it today. I knew it was gonna be good but I didn’t know it was gonna be THAT good. Boardslides were a breeze
I had the chance to demo this board today and holy shit you're so right! Rails usually give me the fear but it's so hard to catch an edge on this thing committing to the send is so much easier
TJ!!! Love your videos so much! Wish I wasn't out of town the whole time you were in CO again! Would've been awesome to see you ride in person! Enjoy BC, but don't forget about us, we miss you here bro!
Board Archive yeah man, I think this format is solid. I like the additional commentary you’ve included towards the end where it offers you more insight on what type of rider/style the board is suited for. Also, the combo of commentary with footage of what you’re actually describing in real time (butters, jumps, carving, etc.) is good too. One thing you’ve done before that would be cool to see consistently are the text captions in white of which mountain you’re actually riding at during that review. I know you say it in the video, but it’s a nice touch to the title frame to include it. Just my 2 cents! Sick content though man 👍🏼🤙🏼.
I’ve spent the last week riding the Bataleon Boss, same shape etc as the ET but a little stiffer. Loved the feel of 3BT, it was super confidence inspiring on rails and boxes
Hey bro is the boss litterally the same as the ET just a bit stiffer and more expensive? I was hoping it doesn't hang up when boardsliding as much as the ET? Thanks
Edd Wilson exact same shape so should feel the same in that respect. Honestly I’m intro to rails so I found it pretty forgiving compared to other boards I’d ridden, but no expert in the park.
Edd Wilson cool hope you like it! Let me know what you think 👍 We have a review coming out on our channel soon for it. Reckon if TJ could get his hands on one he’d put it through its paces a bit more than me though 👍
Because I smacked my board on a rail and made a chip in it I need a new one and was looping to this one, thankyou for the vid I might get it seems like the perfect board for me❤️
Side note I was still riding the forum double dog because no other board I had after gave me.the same ride fun as that one so I sold Them every time 😂😂😂
Sickest reviews per usual homie🙌! The newer evil twins seem to be a softer flex than my year(17/18). I truly love the combination of the 3BT tech with the full camber profile. Actually looking into a nitro t1 or team board. Hopefully you'll be able to review more of their boards.
I agree man, I remember riding yours (which is also the same size as this one) and it was definitely less flexy. Still a really fun snowboard though, and I'm hoping to ride more Nitro as well. Thanks for peeping the review homie

What are the biggest differences between the Evil Twin and the Arbor Westmark camber? Right now I have a Rome Mod Rocker as my daily but I want a softer flexing camber board as a park deck, jumps small to large but mostly for more progression on rails. I'm thinking either Westmark camber or Spring Break twin, had the evil twin in the back of my mind as well

@boardachive Hi TJ, would you recommend the Evil Twin 154 or the TwinPig 151 for park riding. Jumps, rails, butters and some carving. Which board do you think will be the best for my purposes? Thank you p.s. I tried commenting on three of your live streams but they did not appear on the Top Chat.
Hey Logan thanks man, I would go for the Evil Twin unless you are looking for a wider snowboard (maybe if you have a boot size 10 or larger), for what you want to do I think you'd really enjoy the Evil Twin
Personally I really enjoy the 3BT for jumping, especially starting to spin larger jumps. It just makes me feel a bit more confident knowing I won't catch my edge if I pre-spin by mistake. The DOA is a little more stable though
You have to get used to the pressure needed to activate the edge with 3BT but once you do it holds just like any other camber board. I tested it again on ice recently

very very similar to the lobster park board all around, perhaps just a bit stiffer but I'd have to feel them side by side.
