With Pult(and DeoS), yeah their movepools and especially speed tiers are to broken. Pult being the Goat faciltator is accurate, dude is the CP3/Magic of Draft league on how to run a offense
I still love Urshifu-SS this gen, it still does what it did last gen pretty well. It still forces prep and puts on enough pressure to open up the rest of the team members ability to break/run a team most of the time. I have won 5 chips with Urshifu-SS all in all this and last gen, it has only been my KO leader once in those runs. Usually it doesn't seem to perform on the team by the numbers or for the amount of points you pay for it in the draft when you only look at the stats but behind the scenes not a single one of those runs would be possible without it and the prep and conditioning it forces.
I like Urshifu single with tera a lot but honestly without tera it feels like it doesn't do enough, could just be a skill issue for me but considering how many good fighting and dark types are available it feels like I'm holding myself back by picking single strike
@@OGalbina I don't think it is overrated I think the consensus this gen is that it is not that good anymore, where as I still believe you get what you pay for even if the KO numbers might not show it. I see it more as an offensive support rather than the brute force win con it was last gen.
too fight the Ursaluna Hate, I always found it to be a great lead. Focus Sash, Specs, Normal Gem, it does great to get 1, chip a second, then sac later, or sweep if they don't take it out fast enough. It doesn't do much more than that, but that's all it needs to do

To defend my hydrapple statement, I have never played in a league with a hydrapple worth that much because I scout docs before I apply. However, I like to help out people with drafting, and the number of times people have called Hydrapple their "fix all" pokemon is crazy! I've seen it tiered high and grabbed r1, in april I saw it grabbed at 19! I've seen many arguments saying that its insanely bulky, insanely powerful, and a never dying balance core with mienshao. The only use for it is as a pivot, if you have good ice resists, need a pivot, and desperately need a switch into grass moves or water (assuming they don't have ice moves).
Some WILD takes in this one for sure lol, fun video! Really surprised by all the pult and Deo-S slander, those mons are busted. To clarify more on the Chi-Yu bit I definitely agree that it's not a first pick kind of guy but I'm not really seeing it go as a first pick "do it all" kind of guy, I'm seeing it second pick and I still think that's ridiculous, that guy should be like, round 4 at best LOL, all he does is break. Very good at that mind you, but I'm never wondering what kind of set that mon will be running and it just fizzles into all sorts of mons you'd think it'd muscle through. Bundle's a very different role but I just used it as an example that being shallow doesn't make you a fraud inherently, Chi-Yu specifically is just a fraud because it's like so many other mons that just want to click a big button and get stuffed when that doesn't work. Also kind of agree with the Great Tusk guy honestly, not because Tusk isn't totally a round 1 pick but because I swear in the leagues I'm around I see that guy go first or second pick; I don't know why anyone would take that thing while Pult, Deo-S or Valiant are all still on the board; he should be like a mid-late first pick and not the literal first pick of the draft. That's kind of splitting hairs though I suppose, don't know why anyone wouldn't think Tusk isn't first-pick worthy with all it does.
