As Everyone knows Prevention is better than cure coming to health.
Is it possible in Norwagian healthcare system, As some immigrants living in Norway saying that the healthcare system in Norway is very slow and we have to wait for months to visit a doctor if it is not emergency. Is it True???

The healthcare system is free here. You might have to wait a few days for a GP’s appointment, unless it’s an emergency.

Hi bro, I’ve lived in norway for 10 years and in all those year I’ve been attending the IB school instead of taking the public Norwegian school. At first when we arrived here my parents didn’t know if we were going to stay here so they put me in IB. When I was 9 I was asked if I’d like to switch to public school but I said no. Now I’m in high school and I want to become a doctor and live in Norway but I’m worried that I won’t achieve my goal as I am not fluent Norwegian however I can understand and speak to a basic level and that I think during these 3 years of vgs I won’t be able to reach high marks or even average marks all because of my lack of fluency in Norwegian. Im considering to continue with IB but Im not sure as I think if I prolong/delay learning Norwegian that would just make it worse but I’m not sure considering the dilemma that if I take vgs (studiospesiling) I can’t perform at an average level due to my inability of understanding/speaking Norwegian fluently or even at an intermediate level. I watched your story and I think you can relate to my situation when you were younger so what is your advice to me? I’m amazed that you were able to exceed in your marks during your high school years even though you couldn’t speak nor understand norwegian when you first got here and were left a few years behind because of this. I’ve been offered 1 or 2 years of norwegian course where I just study norwegian primarily but also science and maths as well. However I’m dubious that I’ll be able to perform well at a norwegian high school system even after taking that 1 year or 2 years of Norwegian course

Hey fam. Tbh I don’t see the point in doing vgs if you’ve attended IB all your life. It will be hard to get better grades, so why not just stick to IB? Your norwegan will improve once you get into uni anyway

@@ArhamSheikh Appreciate your response bro. really? I have this anxious thought of how am I supposed to well in uni if the courses are taught in Norwegian. How am I going to understand the exams/tests/assignments when it’s in Norwegian. I’ve read you need to be at least B2 which is upper intermediate so I’m not sure how Im going to get in anyways. I could take gap years and learn Norwegian but I can’t say I’d be confident in speaking or writing academically. What are your thoughts?

@@ArhamSheikh I forgot to mention that I want to live in Norway so I’m not planning move or anything. This thought is what really prevents me taking/continuing IB
