I am right there with you I love kasumi. She can easily be a horrible character. Easily countered and just ran all over. But for those select few that know not to run in head strong like a bot she is a BEAST
I noticed that her primary needs a second to lock on before it does dmg, which means that you can break line of sight after shes pressed the attack button but her dmg wont actually go off, she even does the doll stab animation so I wonder if they even can make the cone size smaller, since if you make it to small then wouldnt it be unable to target fast moving targets unless you track them perfectly? Which for most lower teir players isnt gonna be possible which will make her go from a high mobility counter to being hard countered by a vora or evie that just glides through the air faster then they can track. I honestly think they should just rework her to have a chain whip that fires similar to vora and zhin but has a charge up that allows for higher dmg, and further range which would effectively make her a dps version of that style of primary for us vora and zhin mains lol ghostly chains would be so dope too, but I feel they wont do this so shes gonna be like skye where shes a gimmicky champ that is either oppressive to high mobility or utterly useless against most comps.
any character that really requires aim or skill is too difficult for him. the poor child needs kasumi to make 45 kills because with his little hands he is not even able to hit the viktor in the shooting range. each champ that requires only one neuron becomes its main. sad champ for sad player
My record is 49 kills as... Viktor... with... Cardio... there is so many ,,pros" who play Viktor... with Burst mode talent (useless for good aimers) just staying on backline and spamming/holding left click pocketed by healer... saying Viktor is easy champ playing as... Lone wolf... no one is strong enough to be lone wolf... they can only aim and shot... Viktor is like Kasumi... no matter what talent you play... you always have to try deal damage from flank... Kasumi is more focused on tactic not easy too play... btw... Shrapnel talent is for someone who can't hit grenades or/and shots... Burst mode talent is for someone who can't hit shots or/and grenades... Cardio is for someone who want to help his team being strong alone... no heals... because he can heal when he run... yeah... this is why true Viktor Cardio mains are running and dying... because of no heals... and they never give up... untill they die... they will just play time to try to save his teammates even when healer ignore him... they will leave their healer... to attack flank one second later... they not escaping... they just retreat when they are low to lose aggro... they will sacrifice healer only when he can't survive... to protect rest of the team... Viktor is never afraid... he never do things he will be ashamed of... real Viktor mains... are just like Viktor... ,,Champions are made by the paths they choose, not the powers they were graced with!" choose the path of loneliness... don't use useless talents... path of loneliness doesn't mean you have to play alone because it's 4 vs 5 play 4 and 1 vs 5 that 1 may be 2 or even 3 when you strike in the right moment... remember lone wolf... ,,Strenght of the team is each member, strenght of each member is the team" - Viktor
Kasumi is strong for 2 things 1 She is an assisted aim sniper (too much range and he is able to hit me without missing 1550 damage and 450dmg consecutively) which the character already has a burst ability, does not need to lower the damage or have a recharge or anything like that, only damage fall 2 Attack speed talent needs a nerf of some kind And I think it would be nice if it had a disadvantage within the talent like koga with the claw talent and it wears down your hp. In this case, have it have even more damage falloff than its own base kit. (I mean 2 damage drops at long range, in the basic kit and another in the talent) And buffing her movement speed a bit, just a little bit. Since the character depends on spamming and positioning him in order to play him, giving him these debuffs it can pass as a strix that hits, but it doesn't feel good and needs a little buff to live and do something. This champion can be incredibly broken as completely useless, you will understand me if you have played enough. For me, Kasumi must be a character that allows you to zone and put pressure from different angles, that's why it requires a little speed, but before that, solve your basic weapon.She needs to spam damage (And if she's still strong, lower her assisted aim cone a bit) I imagine that is the way they wanted the champion to be played. don't worry. the idea was a champ that could counter high mobility Champs like VII, but now it needs some balancing and it works like a charm. I have been against countless Kasumi's and still don't think she is that broken cuz I know how to counter her. I guess till everyone gets used to her, it will be a bit rough yh

I just don't even wanna play paladins anymore till something is done about kasumi, just incredibly frustrating to go against her. Her abilitys are fine but that auto aim needs a nerf or a rework its ridiculous.
She needs to be nerfed so bad I hate being gimmicked by an L1 spam from a distance without even knowing where she is due to a lack of bullet / weapon trails T_T
She is not auto aim. with auto aim the mouse moves AUTOMATICALLY, it snaps to the enemy. With Kasumi you still have to put your cross-hairs over the enemy yourself. Its just a large cone.
