Effective business writing is clear, compelling, and error-free. Depending on the writing style and objective, you can categorize business writing into four categories: Instructional writing, Information writing, Transactional writing, and Persuasive writing.

The conciseness with this type of writing reminds me of the Digital Rhetoric course I took a couple of years ago. Writing on web pages required the ability to capture the required information in a condensed manner. No walls of text or too much interactive components was a struggle sometimes. I wanted to make it interesting. Well, it became a mind-bending affair. However, by the end, I managed to find the appropriate tone for the latter projects. Practice makes perfect. 😊
