B4 gives +16f on hit ! Ff2 is 14f move ! But consider it as a 15f move cause no one gonna do it frame perfectly ! Just hit b4 and do ff2 ! But the time is really important!
Buffer a forward input towards the end of B4 animation, and then Press f2. With practice it's consistent.

@@gwdofdestruction that's an interesting combo. Like they added more utility for an already technical move. Imagine doing taunt back 4 into that. How much knowledge would be being done? I'm still wondering that myself.
