OK so I wanted to reset my HP pavilion g6 to factory settings instead of clicking troubleshooting I clicked return to Windows 10 then I turned it off (taking to long) now when I start it up it goes to go logo then restarts in and never-ending loop. any ideas?

If the screen comes where you logging is , you press shift and do an new start and then you will come to the menu

I fixed mine now by sending it back to the company they said a virus got on the hard drive so they switched hard drives moved everything on my old hard drive to the new one and sent It back to me I just rang them and they sent a form I had to fill out then in like 3 days they come to pick the laptop up and take a look at it
