Super in those mirror matches you can punish spear with spear after blocking, and Scorpion's back 3 does a lot of damage for nothing so you can throw a few of those in there🌠 Also the way you always do the Reptile growl back at him is always funny😂
These Scorpion matches are absolutely FIRE Super; I mean that 100%. Those Mirror Matches you had at the Temple of Katara Vala were amazing; that gameplay is super hot fire man. That other Scorpion player has some really nice Scorpion skins and he was a great player overall; he did have a great comeback. Other than that, you played incredibly well in this video with Scorpion and Jax man. Awesome work Super, well done!!
@@worldsbest91he doesn’t need an overhead to be good. Having an overhead just makes it easy for bad players to do well. 75% of the overheads are reactable anyways. All scorp really needs is a longer range confirmable mid

As much as I love playing Scorpion. For the first time ever after MK9, MKX, and MK11. Having to play Scorpion without having a neutral overhead is pain.
The brutalities for F,D,B,U have to be timed perfectly and at a certain point. I did it once out of the 50 times I tried. I don’t know the timing still.
@@defaultgreen I think scorpions hardest fatality will be stop ahead because I think it actually needs to be the killing blow and not combo able and at jump distance I haven't seen anything to prove otherwise
U need to start using ur fatal blow Super!!!! That comes in so clutch especially when u don't wanna use all ur meter for ur x-ray. I know u think that ur "too pro" to use that ability, but real pro's use everything at their disposal to win. Keep up the good videos can we get a costume montage, with all ur characters & costumes u've unlocked so far?
There is no x-ray in mk1.. fatal blow replaces xray ever since mk11. Also, fatal blows barely does any damage if you try to use it in a combo and when you use fatal blow by itself, the damage it does is basically close to a combo. Basically, fatal blows aren't that good when your opponent has some health
Hey sorry but I have to say I play scorpion I’m warrior 3 and I’ve noticed he is insanely fun but he can almost never punish strings it’s so hard to counter against characters like raiden is there an input I should I use I try x but then i obviously don’t get a proper counter triangle and square are to slow since my opponent is too fast like whag am I meant to do?

Beat invasions and you can get the yellow version of the skin and there is a chest near where you fight scorpion to unlock more colors for it, this one is from komp
In character customization you can mark some equipment pieces or color schemes as "favorite" and then there is a "randomize favorite" option that make it so every match it will select random equipment/color among the ones you favorite. There is also a "randomize all" option that will select random color/equipment among all the ones you have unlocked for that character.
I mean can't that be said for all characters though? The knee uppercut for scorpion is like his main combo starter and combo extender. Haven't played all characters but most have that one move your gonna use a lot
Why I said like some others, it’s been shared across a lot of characters in this game, and it’s not just combo starters either, the same move just keeps getting used in the combo
This time on MK1 I feel like a bouncing ball with no defense. I really love MK franchise since the first one, but this time (imo) it's not so funny. Poor movesets and when I get into a combo I can escape only once because bars regen is too slow and 3 bars countering is too expensive. Ps. For people complaining about this scorpion being "boring to watch", remember that this version of him isn't technically scorpion, but instead this is sub zero, and the sub zero in this game is the original one and also the one that became noob saibot in the original timeline
Watching mk1 scorpion gameplay is the most boring thing ever. Same combo all the time. The character has no moves no nothing. He is basically a punch kick rope character.

I found out the timing. It has to be as soon as you grab then like once your arms are on them
